MANUFACTURING TOILET DOOR WITH INTEGRATED LOCKING MECHANISM, AND TOILET DOOR THEREOF
The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a toilet door integrated with a locking latch. The method to manufacture a toilet door by using a complex panel, comprising a door part and a post part, includes: a step of manufacturing the door part; and a step of manufacturing the post part. The step of manufacturing the door part includes: a step of manufacturing a first core board forming the door part; a step of manufacturing a locking latch pocket, into which the locking latch is inserted; a step of processing a space, in which the locking latch pocket is inserted into the first core board; a step of attaching the locking latch pocket to the processed part of the first core board; a step of attaching a surface film to both sides of the first core board; a step of punching a part, in which a latch handle of the locking latch is placed, on the locking latch pocket and the surface film; and a step of inserting the locking latch into the locking latch pocket. The step of manufacturing the post part includes: a step of manufacturing a second core board forming the post part; a step of manufacturing a post pocket, into which the locking latch is inserted; a step of forming a groove at a predetermined depth on a side of the second core board so that the post pocket is inserted into a position corresponding to the insertion position of the locking latch pocket; a step of attaching the post pocket to the groove by inserting the pocket into the groove; and a step of attaching the surface film to both sides of the second core board.
