MANUFACTURING TOILET DOOR HAVING BURIED LOCKING MECHANISM AND TOILET DOOR THEREOF
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a toilet door with an embedded lock. The method for manufacturing a toilet door with an embedded lock includes a step of manufacturing a door unit and a step of manufacturing a post unit. The step of manufacturing the door unit includes: a step of manufacturing a first core board forming the door unit; a step of manufacturing a lock unit including a lock cover and the lock; a step of attaching a surface film on both sides of the first core board; a step of forming a space where the lock unit is inserted on the first core board; and a step of coupling the lock unit to the formed space. The step of manufacturing the post unit includes: a step of manufacturing a second core board for forming the post unit; a step of manufacturing a post pocket wherein the lock is able to slide; a step of forming a groove at a part corresponding a part wherein the lock unit is received on a lateral surface of the second core board; a step of inserting and attaching the post pocket into the groove; and a step of attaching the surface film on both surfaces of the second core board. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a toilet door with an embedded lock and a toilet door manufactured by the same, capable of improving the durability of the lock.
본 발명은 잠금쇠가 매립된 화장실 문의 제조 방법을 공개한다. 이 방법은, 도어부를 제작하는 단계 및 포스트부를 제작하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 도어부를 제작하는 단계는 상기 도어부를 구성할 제1 심재보드를 제작하는 단계; 잠금쇠 커버 및 잠금쇠를 포함한 잠금쇠부를 제작하는 단계; 상기 제1 심재보드의 양 면에 표면재 필름을 접착하는 단계; 상기 제1 심재보드에 상기 잠금쇠부가 삽입 될 공간을 가공하는 단계; 및 가공된 공간에 상기 잠금쇠부를 결합하는 단계;를 포함하고, 상기 포스트부를 제작하는 단계는 상기 포스트부를 구성할 제2 심재보드를 제작하는 단계; 잠금쇠가 슬라이딩 가능한 포스트 포켓을 제작하는 단계; 상기 제2 심재보드의 측면에 상기 잠금쇠부의 삽입 위치와 대응되는 위치에 상기 포스트 포켓을 삽입할 수 있도록 소정의 깊이를 갖는 홈을 형성하는 단계; 상기 홈에 상기 포스트 포켓을 삽입하여 접착하는 단계; 및 상기 제2 심재보드의 양 면에 표면재 필름을 접착하는 단계;를 포함한다.
