Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a toilet door with hand-jamming preventing members and a toilet door manufactured by the same. The method for manufacturing a toilet door with hand-jamming preventing members according to the present invention includes: a step of manufacturing a pair of first core boards forming post unit arranged in both sides of the toilet door; a step of manufacturing a second core board arranged between the pair of the first core boards and forming a door unit; a step of manufacturing a pair of the hand-jamming preventing members; a step of cutting the pair of the first core boards and the second core board to arrange the pair of the first core boards and the second core board to be separated at predetermined intervals when closing the toilet door; a step of forming grooves with a predetermined space along both lateral surfaces of the second core board; a step of cutting the pair of the hand-jamming preventing members to fill the spaces between the pair of the first core boards and the second core board by being inserted into the pair of the groove separately; a step of coating an adhesive material into each of the pair of the grooves; and a step of inserting and fixating the pair of the hand-jamming preventing members into the pair of the grooves. In addition, according to the present invention, a toilet door manufactured by the method is provided.
본 발명은 끼임방지재를 구비한 화장실 문의 제조 방법 및 이에 의한 화장실 문을 공개한다. 본 발명에 따른 끼임방지재를 구비한 화장실 문의 제조 방법은, 화장실 문의 양측에 배치되는 포스트부를 구성하는 한 쌍의 제1 심재보드를 제작하는 단계; 상기 한 쌍의 제1 심재보드 사이에 배치되며 도어부를 구성하는 제2 심재보드를 제작하는 단계; 끼임방지를 위한 한 쌍의 끼임방지재를 제작하는 단계; 화장실 문의 폐쇄시, 상기 한 쌍의 제1 심재보드와 상기 제2 심재보드가 소정의 간격을 갖고 이격되도록 상기 한 쌍의 제1 심재보드 및 상기 제2 심재보드를 재단하는 단계; 상기 제2 심재보드의 양 측면을 따라 소정의 공간을 갖는 홈을 형성하는 단계; 상기 한 쌍의 홈 각각에 삽입되어 상기 한 쌍의 제1 심재보드와 상기 제2 심재보드의 이격된 간격을 메울 수 있도록 상기 한 쌍의 끼임방지재를 재단하는 단계; 상기 한 쌍의 홈 각각에 접착 재료를 도포하는 단계; 및 상기 한 쌍의 홈 각각에 상기 한 쌍의 끼임방지재 각각을 삽입하여 접착하는 단계;를 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따르면 상기 방법에 의해서 얻어지는 화장실 문이 제공된다.
