CORNER CONNECTING DEVICE OF SEISMIC VIBRATION-ABSORBING PANELS
The present invention relates to a corner connector of an earthquake-proof panel for absorbing vibration. More specifically, the corner connector of an earthquake-proof panel for absorbing vibration prevents a side frame and a fixing panel from being twisted or being distorted. According to the present invention, the corner connector of an earthquake-proof panel for absorbing vibration comprises: a body (100) fixated and fastened to an outer wall of a building with a bolt; a front side plate (200) fixing and supporting the finishing panel (30); a fixing plate (300) supporting the body; a fastening bar (400) formed on one side of the body (100) closely attached to the side frame (20); and a packing inserted into and fixated to a packing groove (210) formed on the front side plate (200). The body (100) comprises: an outer surface (110); an inner surface (120); a space unit (130); and a reinforcement rib (140).
본 발명은 진동흡수용 내진패널의 코너 연결구에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 알루미늄 다이캐스팅 방식으로 제작하여 사용함으로써, 지진에 의해 건물에서 발생하는 진동을 견딜 수 있고, 특히, 측면 프레임의 코너 부분을 연결하여 측면 프레임 및 마감패널의 비틀림 또는 뒤틀리는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 진동흡수용 내진패널의 코너 연결구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 진동흡수용 내진패널의 코너 연결구는 내진패널의 테두리를 이루는 복수의 측면 프레임(20) 코너에 각각 위치하고, 건물 외벽에 볼트로 체결 고정되는 몸체(100); 상기 몸체(100)의 전면에 위치하고, 외부로 돌출되도록 형성되며, 마감패널(30)을 고정 지지하는 전면판(200); 상기 몸체(100)의 후면에 형성되고, 볼트로 체결되어 건물 외벽에 밀착 고정되며, 상기 몸체를 지지하는 고정판(300); 상기 측면 프레임(20)과 밀착되는 몸체(100)의 일측에 형성되고, 상기 측면 프레임(20)과 근접한 다른 하나의 측면 프레임(20)을 서로 연결시키는 체결바(400); 및 상기 전면판(200)에 형성된 패킹홈(210)에 끼움 고정되고, 외부에서 발생하는 진동을 흡수하는 패킹;을 포함하되, 상기 몸체(100)는, 외측면(110); 상기 외측면(110)과 이격되어 형성된 내측면(120); 상기 외측면(110)과 상기 내측면(120) 사이에 형성되고, 외부에서 발생하는 진동이 상기 마감패널(30)로 전달되는 것을 줄이는 공간부(130); 및 상기 공간부(130) 내부에 형성되고, 상기 외측면(110) 및 내측면(120)이 외부 충격에 의해 변형되는 것을 차단하는 보강 리브(140);를 포함하고, 상기 패킹(500)은, 상기 전면판(200)의 표면보다 외측으로 돌출되게 상기 패킹홈(210)의 깊이보다 크게 형성되고, 상기 전면판(200)과 상기 마감패널(30)의 사이가 이격되게 형성되어 건물에서 발생하는 진동이 흡수되도록 할 수 있다.
