The present invention provides a wall insulation system assembly having an anti-earthquake panel for absorbing vibration comprises: a plurality of insulation frames including an upper frame disposed on a front side when being installed in a wall, a lower frame disposed on a rear side when being installed in the wall, a lattice rebar bend in a zigzag shape and lengthily extended between the upper and lower frames, and a frame insulation material filled between the upper and lower frames, vertical installed in the wall, and installed by being mutually apart from each other; an insulation material filled between the insulation frames by lattice filling; a plurality of horizontal member horizontally installed at joint intervals in order to intersect the plurality of insulation frames in the front of the insulation frame; a horizontal member fixation plate combined with the horizontal member in upper and lower parts of the horizontal member, and combining and fixating the horizontal member to the insulation frame; and the anti-earthquake panel for absorbing vibration installed in the front of the insulation frame and the horizontal member in upper, lower, left, and right directions to finish the wall, and inclined within a constant range to relieve or absorb vibration occurring in a building when the vibration occurs in the building by an earthquake. Thereby, horizontal and vertical vibration occurring in the building by the earthquake can be simultaneously absorbed, and a heat bridge in the frame, heat bridge effect in a fastener, breakage of the insulation material, or problem of a weak part can be solved.
본 발명에 따른 진동흡수용 내진패널을 갖춘 벽체단열시스템조립체는: 벽체에 설치시 전방에 배치되는 상부프레임과, 벽체에 설치시 후방에 배치되는 하부프레임과, 상기 상부프레임 및 상기 하부프레임의 사이에서 지그재그 형태로 절곡되며 길게 연장되는 래티스 철근과, 상기 상부프레임 및 상기 하부프레임의 사이에 충진된 프레임단열재로 이루어지며, 벽체에 수직하게 설치되고, 상호 이격 배치되게 설치된 복수의 단열프레임; 상기 단열프레임의 사이에 격자 넣기로 충진된 단열재; 상기 단열프레임의 전방에서 상기 복수의 단열프레임을 가로지르도록 줄눈간격으로 수평하게 설치된 복수의 수평재; 상기 수평재의 상 하부에서 상기 수평재와 결합 되며, 상기 수평재를 상기 단열프레임에 결합 및 고정하는 수평재고정판; 및, 상기 단열프레임과 상기 수평재의 전방에 상하좌우 방향으로 설치되어 벽체를 마감하며, 지진에 의해 건물에 진동이 발생 되면 일정 범위 내에서 기울어져 건물에서 발생 되는 진동을 완화하도록 하거나 또는 진동을 흡수하도록 구비된 진동흡수용 내진패널;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의하여, 지진으로 인해 건물에서 발생하는 수평 진동 및 수직 진동을 동시에 흡수할 수 있도록 함과 동시에 기존의 공법에서 발생되는 프레임에서의 열교, 패스너에서의 열교 현상 및 단열재 단절이나 취약부위의 문제점을 해소할 수 있는 진동흡수용 내진패널을 갖춘 벽체단열시스템조립체를 제공할 수 있다.
