본 발명은 냉동 및 냉장고 벽체용 샌드위치패널의 코너연결패널에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 냉동 및 냉장고 벽체로 활용 가능한 건축용 샌드위치패널의 코너부에 위치하여, 전면 벽체와 측면 벽체인 샌드위치패널의 연결을 용이하게 하면서 연결부위의 열손실을 최소화시킬 수 있도록 발명한 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 일측에 돌출부(21)가 형성되고 타측에는 요홈부(22)가 형성된 샌드위치패널(20)을 복수개 구비시켜, 상기 복수의 샌드위치패널(20)을 연속 조립해 냉동 및 냉장고(10)의 전면 벽체(13)와 측면 벽체(14)를 구성하고, 상기 전면 벽체(13)와 측면 벽체(14)를 연결하는 코너연결패널(50)에 있어서; 상기 코너연결패널(50)은, 일측이 개구된 함체판(51) 내부에 심재(52)가 구비되면서 평판형상을 갖고 제작되어, 전면 일측 방향에 샌드위치패널(20)의 돌출부(21)가 삽입되는 전면요홈부(53)가 형성되고, 개구된 측면에는 샌드위치패널(20)의 돌출부(21)가 삽입되는 측면요홈부(54)를 형성하거나 또는 샌드위치패널(20)의 요홈부(22)에 삽입되는 측면돌출부(55)를 구비시켜, 상기 전면 벽체(13)와 측면 벽체(14)의 샌드위치패널(20)과 연결 조립되게 한다.
The present invention relates to a corner connecting panel of sandwich panels for freezer and refrigerator walls and, more particularly, to a corner connecting panel that is located at a corner of building sandwich panels, which can be used as freezer and refrigerator walls, making it easy to connect the sandwich panels, front and side walls, and is capable of minimizing the heat loss at the connection portion. A plurality of sandwich panels (20) having a protruding portion (21) on one side and a recess portion (22) on the other side are prepared, and the sandwich panels (20) are continuously assembled to form a front wall (13) and a side wall (14) of a freezer or a refrigerator (10). The front wall (13) and the side wall (14) are connected by a corner connecting panel (50). The corner connecting panel (50) has a flat plate shape and is composed of a housing plate (51) with one side opened, a core material (51) provided in the housing plate (51), a front recess (53), into which the protrusion portion (21) of the sandwich panel (20) is inserted, formed on one side of the front surface. Formed on the opened side of the corner connecting panel (50) is a side recess (54), into which the protrusion portion (21) of the sandwich panel (20) is inserted, or a side protrusion (55), which is inserted into the recess portion (22) of the sandwich panel (20), such that the corner connecting panel (50) is connected to the front wall (13) and the side wall (14) of the sandwich panel (20).
