COMBINATION STRUCTURE BETWEEN DECK PLATE FOR CEILING MOLD
The present invention, in making a deck plate for constructing a ceiling mold, forms a reinforcing unit (12) protruding downward to be placed to the sides by performing a multi-step bending of a flat iron plate, and makes the top surface for all of multiple floor units (11), which are divided by the reinforcing unit (12), even. The present invention aims to give structural stability when placing concrete and to make the ceiling even when the deck plate is separated from the mold after curing.
본 발명은 천장거푸집 시공용 데크플레이트를 구성함에 있어서, 평판 형태의 철판을 다단 벤딩처리로 하방으로 돌출되는 보강부(12)를 좌우로 배열되게 형성하고, 상기 보강부(12)에 의해 구획되는 다 수개의 바닥부(11) 전체에 대한 상부면이 평탄하도록 하여 콘크리트 타설시 구조적 안정성을 부여하고 양생 후 데크플레이트를 탈형하였을 때 천장이 평탄하게 형성되도록 한 것이다.
