The present invention relates to a deck plate for constructing a ceiling mold, wherein a bottom unit (10) and a reinforcing unit (20) are repeatedly formed. A blocking unit (30) is formed on both ends of the reinforcing unit (20). The blocking unit (30) has: a downward inclined unit (34) inclined from a bending start unit (32) of the reinforcing unit (20) to the outer lower side; and a slate type bottom contact unit (36) horizontally extended from the downward inclined unit (34) to an outer end. So, a leakage of placed concrete is efficiently prevented, and a formed shape is regularly and soundly maintained. Therefore, the deck plate for constructing a ceiling mold enables a smooth work during construction.
본 발명은 바닥부(10)와 보강부(20)를 반복적으로 형성한 천장거푸집 시공용 데크플레이트에 있어서, 보강부(20)의 양 단부에는 막음처리부(30)를 형성하되, 상기 막음처리부(30)는 보강부(20)의 절곡시작부(32)에서 외측 하방으로 경사지는 하향경사부(34)를 형성하고, 하향경사부(34)에서 외측단까지 수평으로 연장되는 슬레이트형 바닥접촉부(36)를 형성하여 타설된 콘크리트의 유출을 보다 효과적으로 막고 성형된 형상이 규칙적이며 온전하게 유지될 수 있어 시공시에도 원활하게 작업을 할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
The present invention relates to a deck plate for constructing a ceiling mold, wherein a bottom unit (10) and a reinforcing unit (20) are repeatedly formed.
