The present invention relates to a deck plate for construction of a ceiling mold. The deck plate for construction of a ceiling mold comprises: a floor unit repeatedly arranged as a component of a mold panel (2) to construct a ceiling; a reinforcing unit; and a plate unit located on both ends. The reinforcing unit (12) protruding downward is arranged on both right and left sides, and a flat steel plate is formed by multi-stage bending forming. An upper surface on the whole of the multiple floor units (11) divided by the reinforcing unit (12) is flat. A floor extension unit (17) integrally extended from the floor unit (11) on the outermost part is formed on the plate unit (16) on one side among the plate units (16) on both ends. A support unit (18) supports the floor extension unit (17) and blocks a gap by being mounted on and connected to the floor surface of an overlapping groove unit (16a) formed on the other side of the adjacent deck plate (10) when the mold panel (2) is arranged on the right and left sides. An end processing unit (14) is formed on both ends of the floor unit (11) and has a downward inclined unit (14b) extended to correspond to the height of a lower end of the reinforcing unit (12) and inclined from a bent start unit of the floor unit (11) to the outer lower side. A beam contact surface unit (14c) is horizontally extended from the downward inclined unit (14b) to the outer side end so that structural stability against a load is applied when concrete is placed. Also, when a mold of the deck plate is removed after the concrete is cured, the ceiling is formed to be flat. The deck plate also can efficiently block outflow of the placed concrete and can prevent distortion.
본 발명은 천장거푸집 시공용 데크플레이트를 구성함에 있어서, 천장을 시공하기 위한 거푸패널(2)의 구성요소로서 반복배열되는 바닥부와 보강부 및 양단부에 위치하는 판개부로 구성되는 천장거푸집 시공용 데크플레이트에 있어서, 평판 형태의 철판을 다단 벤딩포밍으로 하방으로 돌출되는 보강부(12)를 좌우로 배열되게 형성하고, 상기 보강부(12)에 의해 구획되는 다 수개의 바닥부(11) 전체에 대한 상부면이 평탄하도록 하고, 양단 판개부(16) 중 일측 판개부(16)에는 최 외곽의 바닥부(11)로부터 일체로 연장되는 바닥연장부(17)를 구성하고, 거푸패널(2)을 좌우로 배열시 이웃하는 데크플레이트(10)의 타측에 형성된 겹침홈부(16a)의 바닥면에 얹혀져 안착되게 결합되어 바닥연장부(17)의 지지 및 틈새 막음 역할을 하는 지지부(18)로 구성하며, 바닥부(11)의 양 단부에는 단부처리부(14)를 형성하되, 상기 단부처리부(14)는 바닥부(11)의 절곡시작부(14a)에서 외측 하방으로 경사지며 보강부(12)의 하단부 높이에 준하도록 연장되는 하향경사부(14b)를 형성하고, 하향경사부(14b)에서 외측단까지 수평으로 연장되는 보접촉면부(14c)를 형성하여 콘크리트 타설시 하중에 대한 구조적 안정성을 부여하고 양생 후 데크플레이트를 탈형하였을 때 천장이 평탄하게 형성되도록 하며, 타설된 콘크리트의 유출을 효과적으로 막고, 휨이 방지되도록 한 것이다.
