A NON-SLIP PAINTING APPARATUS OF TRAFFIC, CROSSWALK, SYMBOLIC CHARACTER AND METHOD FOR PAINTING TRAFFIC LANE
The present invention relates to a device for painting lanes, crosswalks, and letter signs capable of preventing a slip used for various purposes, i.e. painting not only lanes but also crosswalks, signs, and letters, and improves a working property by forming a lane and lanes having various forms at once; and a method for painting lanes using the same. More specifically, the device for painting lanes, crosswalks, and letter signs capable of preventing slip comprises: a paint spraying part which can also manually be operated by a worker; an attachment and detachment part which attaches and detaches the paint spraying part; and a paint spray operating part which operates an operating lever such that the paint can be sprayed through the paint spraying part when the paint spraying part is mounted on a main body. Accordingly, the paint spraying part may be fixated by the attachment and detachment part coupled to the main body to be used, or may be detached from the attachment and detachment part to also be used for painting crosswalks, letters, and signs, other than painting lanes, by separately controlling only the paint spraying part by a worker. In addition, when the paint spraying part is attached, a fixating force of the paint spraying part can be increased by a means of a supporting rod and a locking unit of the attachment and detachment part, and the fixing force of the paint spraying part can further be increased by a means of a paint spraying unit supporting part; thereby facilitating smooth lane painting work. Moreover, the operating lever of the paint spraying part for spraying paint can manually or automatically be operated such that a worker can manually or automatically control the operating lever of the paint spraying part.
본 발명은 차선도색 뿐만 아니라 횡단보도, 기호, 문자 등의 다양한 용도로 활용할 수 있으며, 차선 및 다양한 형태의 차선을 한번에 형성하여 작업성을 향상시킬 수 있는 차선, 횡단보도, 문자기호의 미끄럼방지 도색장치 및 이를 이용한 차선도색 공법에 관한 것으로, 작업자가 수동으로도 작동시킬 수 있는 도료 분사부와 도료분사부를 탈착 및 장착할 수 있는 탈/부착부 및 도료 분사부가 본체에 장착시 도료 분사부를 통해 도료를 분사할 수 있도록 작동레버를 작동시키는 도료분사 작동부로 구성되어 있어, 도료 분사부를 본체에 결합되어 있는 탈/부착부를 통해 고정하여 사용하거나 또는 탈/부착부에서 탈착시켜 작업자가 도료 분사부만을 별도로 제어하여 차선도색 이외의 횡단보도, 문자, 기호 등을 도색하는데에도 활용할 수 있고, 도료 분사부의 부착시 탈/부착부의 지지봉 및 잠금구를 통해 도료 분사부의 고정력을 높이는 한편, 도료 분사구 지지부를 통해 더욱 도료 분사부의 고정력을 높임으로써 차선도색 작업이 원활히 이루어질 수 있도록 할 수 있으며, 도료를 분사하기 위한 도료 분사부의 작동레버가 수동 또는 자동으로 작동할 수 있는 형태로 구성되어 작업자가 이를 수동 또는 자동으로 제어할 수 있는 차선, 횡단보도, 문자기호의 미끄럼방지 도색장치 및 이를 이용한 차선도색 공법을 제공한다.
