METHOD OF PRODUCING A FLAME-RETARDANT FINISH SHEET
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a magnetic attachment type flame retardant finishing plate and, more specifically, to a magnetic attachment type finishing plate which improves construct ability and has stable binding power after construction. The provided method for manufacturing the magnetic attachment type finishing plate comprises: a flame retardant finishing plate forming step which is performed by mixing wood powder, adhesive, and a flame retarding material in order to form the flame retardant finishing plate combined with a fixture; a magnetic body binding step which binds magnetic bodies in both end parts of the front side toward the interior of the flame retardant finishing plate so that a joining installation is possible by the magnetic force of a metal fixture; and a silicon coating step to have a buffer part on the surface of the magnetic body installed to protrude.
본 발명은 난연마감판재 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 시공성이 향상되며, 시공 후 안정적인 결합력을 갖도록 형성된 자력부착형 마감판재의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 고정구에 결합되는 난연마감판재를 성형하기 위해 목재분말과 접착제와 난연재를 혼합되어 구성된 난연마감판재성형단계와, 상기 난연마감판재의 실내를 향한 전면 양측 단부에 금속성 고정구의 자력에 의한 접합설치가 가능하도록 자력체를 접합하는 자력체접합단계와, 상기 자력체가 돌출되게 구비된 자력체의 표면에 완충부를 갖도록 실리콘도포단계로 이루어지는 자력부착형 마감판재의 제조방법을 제공한다.
