STRIPPING DECK
The present invention relates to a form removing deck, which can quickly remove and reuse a deck panel and plays a role of a base member after placing and curing concrete while composing a spacer having a sectional surface, wherein the spacer can increase torsional rigidity. According to an embodiment of the present invention the form removing deck comprises: a deck panel with a certain area; a spacer composed of a transverse bridge coupling member including a supporting part which is vertically formed and is made of steel and a fixing part which is formed outward in an oblique and bilateral direction at a bottom part of the supporting part and is made of steel, a rigidity maintaining member made of synthetic resins to fill a lower part between the fixing part and the fixing part, and a supporting block which is formed in a block shape made of synthetic resins, has a coupling element, a bolt hole vertically formed upward from the lower surface, and is formed at both ends to a certain distance or over the entire length of the transverse bridge coupling member, wherein the coupling element in the same cross-sectional shape as the fixing part, penetrates thererthrough in a transverse direction in such a way that an upper surface is opened or is formed from one end to a certain distance; and a truss girder composed of an upper chord, a lattice member which is formed at both sides of the upper chord, and a lower chord which is respectively coupled to an outer bottom of the lattice member.
본 발명은 비틀림 강성을 증대시킬 수 있는 단면을 갖는 스페이서를 구성하면서도 콘크리트를 타설하여 양생한 후 베이스부재 역할을 한 데크 패널을 신속하게 탈거하여 재활용할 수 있는 탈형 데크에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 일정 면적을 갖는 데크 패널과; 수직으로 형성되며 강재로 이루어지는 지지부와 지지부의 하단부에서 외측의 사선 양방향으로 형성되며 강재로 이루어지는 고정부로 구성되는 횡브릿지 결합부재와, 고정부와 고정부의 사이의 하부에 채워지는 합성수지재로 형성되는 강성 유지부재와, 합성수지재질의 블럭형태로 형성되고 상부면이 개구되도록 고정부와 동일한 형상의 단면을 갖는 결합구가 횡방향으로 관통되어 형성되거나 일측단부에서 일정거리까지 형성되며 하부면에서 수직 상방으로 볼트공이 형성되고 횡브릿지 결합부재의 고정부의 전체 길이 또는 양측 단부에서 일정길이까지 형성되는 받침 블럭으로 구성되며 받침 블럭이 데크 패널의 상부면에 일정 간격마다 볼트 결합되는 스페이서와; 상현재와 상현재의 양측에 형성되는 래티스재와 상기 래티스재의 하단 외측에 각각 결합되는 하현재로 이루어지는 트러스거더;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
