DECK PLATE WITH TERRACE TYPE INSULATOR
The present invention relates to an insulation deck plate including an insulator. The present invention is to provide a deck plate with a structure in which height difference does not occur in a connection part. The insulation deck plate includes: a bottom plate (100); the insulator (200) installed on the upper part of the bottom plate (100); and a truss girder (300) connected to the upper part of the insulator (200) at fixed intervals. The truss girder (300) comprises: an upper reinforcing bar (310); a lattice member (320) which becomes more separated towards a lower end as an upper inner side is in contact with both sides of the upper reinforcing bar (310) and is joined by welding; and a lower reinforcing bar (330) joined by the welding by being in contact with the outer side of each lower end of the lattice member (320). The insulator (200) comprises: a main body unit (210); a lower protrusion unit (230) in which a lower part of one end of the main body unit (210) protrudes; and an upper protrusion unit (220) in which an upper part of the other end of the main body unit (210) protrudes. The upper surface of the lower protrusion unit (230) and the lower surface of the upper protrusion unit (220) of the adjacent insulator (200) are in contact with each other and are overlapped with each other. The bottom plate (100) has a structure of being attached to the lower surface of the insulator (200) to correspond to a whole area of the lower surface of the main body unit (210) of the lower surface of the lower protrusion unit (230) except for the lower surface of the upper protrusion unit (220) of the insulator (200).
본 발명은 단열재가 구비된 단열데크플레이트에 관한 것으로서, 바닥판(100); 상기 바닥판(100)의 상부에 설치되는 단열재(200); 및, 상기 단열재(200)의 상부에 일정한 간격으로 결합되는 트러스거더(300);를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 트러스거더(300)는 상부철근(310); 상기 상부철근(310)의 양측에 상단 내측이 맞닿아 용접결합되어 하단으로 갈수록 벌어지는 래티스재(320); 및, 상기 래티스재(320) 각각의 하단 외측에 맞닿아 용접결합되는 하부철근(330);으로 구성되고, 상기 단열재(200)는 본체부(210); 상기 본체부(210)의 일측 단부의 하부가 돌출된 하부돌출부(230); 및, 상기 본체부(210)의 타측 단부의 상부가 돌출된 상부돌출부(220);로 구성되어 이웃하는 단열재(200)의 하부돌출부(230) 상부면과 상부돌출부(220)의 하부면이 맞닿도록 겹쳐지는 구조가 되도록 배치되고, 상기 바닥판(100)은 상기 단열재(200)의 상부돌출부(220) 하부면을 제외한 하부돌출부(230)의 하부면과 본체부(210)의 하부면 전체 면적과 일치하도록 상기 단열재(200)의 하부면에 부착되는 구조가 되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to an insulation deck plate including an insulator. The present invention is to provide a deck plate with a structure in which height difference does not occur in a connection part. The insulation deck plate includes: a bottom plate (100); the insulator (200) installed on the upper part of the bottom plate (100); and a truss girder (300) connected to the upper part of the insulator (200) at fixed intervals. The truss girder (300) comprises: an upper reinforcing bar (310); a lattice member (320) which becomes more separated towards a lower end as an upper inner side is in contact with both sides of the upper reinforcing bar (310) and is joined by welding; and a lower reinforcing bar (330) joined by the welding by being in contact with the outer side of each lower end of the lattice member (320). The insulator (200) comprises: a main body unit (210); a lower protrusion unit (230) in which a lower part of one end of the main body unit (210) protrudes; and an upper protrusion unit (220) in which an upper part of the other end of the main body unit (210) protrudes. The upper surface of the lower protrusion unit (230) and the lower surface of the upper protrusion unit (220) of the adjacent insulator (200) are in contact with each other and are overlapped with each other. The bottom plate (100) has a structure of being attached to the lower surface of the insulator (200) to correspond to a whole area of the lower surface of the main body unit (210) of the lower surface of the lower protrusion unit (230) except for the lower surface of the upper protrusion unit (220) of the insulator (200).
본 발명은 단열재가 구비된 단열데크플레이트에 관한 것으로서, 바닥판(100); 상기 바닥판(100)의 상부에 설치되는 단열재(200); 및, 상기 단열재(200)의 상부에 일정한 간격으로 결합되는 트러스거더(300);를 포함하여 구성되되, 상기 트러스거더(300)는 상부철근(310); 상기 상부철근(310)의 양측에 상단 내측이 맞닿아 용접결합되어 하단으로 갈수록 벌어지는 래티스재(320); 및, 상기 래티스재(320) 각각의 하단 외측에 맞닿아 용접결합되는 하부철근(330);으로 구성되고, 상기 단열재(200)는 본체부(210); 상기 본체부(210)의 일측 단부의 하부가 돌출된 하부돌출부(230); 및, 상기 본체부(210)의 타측 단부의 상부가 돌출된 상부돌출부(220);로 구성되어 이웃하는 단열재(200)의 하부돌출부(230) 상부면과 상부돌출부(220)의 하부면이 맞닿도록 겹쳐지는 구조가 되도록 배치되고, 상기 바닥판(100)은 상기 단열재(200)의 상부돌출부(220) 하부면을 제외한 하부돌출부(230)의 하부면과 본체부(210)의 하부면 전체 면적과 일치하도록 상기 단열재(200)의 하부면에 부착되는 구조가 되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
