METHOD FOR COUPLING CONNECTION UNIT AND SCAFFOLD HAVING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a method to couple a connection unit, and a scaffold including a connection unit. According to the present invention, the scaffold including the connection unit comprises: a first vertical structure; a second vertical structure separated from the first vertical structure; and a plurality of basic footboards connecting an upper part of the first and second vertical structures. Each of the first and second vertical structures comprises: a first vertical ladder and a second vertical ladder respectively, wherein the second vertical ladder is arranged at intervals from the first vertical ladder to face the first vertical ladder; a center footboard connecting a center of the first and second vertical ladders; an upper footboard connecting the upper part of the first and second vertical ladders; a plurality of horizontal connection pipes connecting the first and second vertical ladders; a horizontal support connection pipe connecting the first and second vertical ladders to be located under an upper footboard, wherein the plurality of basic footboards are hung on the horizontal support connection pipe; and a reinforcing structure supporting the horizontal support connection pipe by being connected to the horizontal support connection pipe and the first and second vertical ladders. Each of the first and second vertical ladders comprises: two vertical pipes vertically located to be parallel to each other; and horizontal pipes connecting the vertical pipes at intervals. According to the present invention, the scaffold including the connection unit enables a worker to conveniently conduct a repair work of a solid vertical structure such as a wheel or a landing gear of an aircraft.
본 발명은 연결유닛 결합방법 및 그 연결유닛을 구비한 비계구조물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 제1 수직구조물; 상기 제1 수직구조물과 거리를 두고 위치하는 제2 수직구조물; 상기 제1,2 수직구조물의 상부를 연결하는 복수 개의 기초 발판들;을 포함하며, 상기 제1,2 수직구조물은 각각 제1 수직사다리와, 상기 제1 수직사다리와 마주보도록 상기 제1 수직사다리와 간격을 두고 위치하는 제2 수직사다리와, 상기 제1,2 수직사다리의 중간 부분을 서로 연결하는 중간 발판과, 상기 제1,2 수직사다리의 상부 부분을 서로 연결하는 상부 발판과, 상기 제1,2 수직사다리를 서로 연결하는 복수 개의 수평연결관들과, 상기 상부 발판의 아래에 위치하도록 상기 제1,2 수직사다리를 연결하며 상기 복수 개의 기초 발판들이 걸쳐지는 수평지지연결관과, 상기 수평지지연결관과 제1,2 수직사다리에 연결되어 상기 수평지지연결관을 지지하는 보강구조물을 포함하며, 상기 제1,2 수직사다리는 각각 수직으로 서로 평행하게 위치하는 두 개의 수직관들과, 상기 두 개의 수직관들을 간격으로 연결하는 수평관들을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 작업자가 항공기의 바퀴나 랜딩 기어 등과 같은 입체적인 수직구조물의 수리 작업을 편리하게 할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a method to couple a connection unit, and a scaffold including a connection unit. According to the present invention, the scaffold including the connection unit comprises: a first vertical structure; a second vertical structure separated from the first vertical structure; and a plurality of basic footboards connecting an upper part of the first and second vertical structures.
