The present invention relates to a non-slip of a stair for an apartment house. The non-slip of a stair for an apartment house comprises: a housing (20); side plates (22, 24) installed in left and right end parts of the housing (20); a plurality of idle rollers (30, 32, 34, 36); a non-slip belt (40); a belt support (50) supporting an inner bottom surface of the non-slip belt (40); a foreign substance falling chamber (26) storing the foreign substances (21); a belt stopper (70) opening and closing the foreign substance falling chamber (26); a stopper support (60) supporting a rear surface of the non-slip belt (40); rotary arms (74, 76) installed at left and right upper ends of the belt stopper (70); locking holes (22h, 24h) formed on the side plates (22, 24); and elastic locking pieces (78, 79) maintaining a closed state of the belt stopper (70).
