ADIABATIC CURTAIN WALL SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a curtain wall system with an improved structure including a drainage line to prevent leaking water from flowing inside when a waterproof calking is damaged, wherein the curtain wall system facilitates maintenance for wire and protects a wire sheath. Also, the curtain wall facilitates a wire work for electric wire in a structure with the electric wire, including a building-integrated photovoltaic module (BIPV), heating glass, and electric discoloration glass. Therefore, the curtain wall system facilitates the electric wire work for sunlight, heating, and electric discoloration using a connection hole installed at a point in which a horizontal unit and a vertical unit are crossed to each other in a structure (frame). An electric wiring space divided by a partition is formed in the structure (frame) to be obtained in various electric wire sizes. The curtain wall system prevents the electric wire from being overbent to prevent damage to the electric wire sheath. The curtain wall system also facilitates maintenance using a cover unit to enable a user to easily open and close the same inside the structure. Also, when the waterproof calking is damaged, the curtain wall system has a drain to prevent the leakage from flowing inside. An insulation material is installed between outer and inner profiles to improve thermal insulation performance.
본 발명은 건물일체형 태양광 모듈(BIPV), 발열유리, 전기변색유리 등 전기배선을 포함하는 구조재(frame)에서 전선의 배선작업을 용이하게 하고 전선피복이 보호되며 배선 유지보수를 용이하게 할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 방수 코킹(calking)이 파손되는 경우에도 누수가 내부로 유입되지 않도록 배수라인을 구비한 개선된 구조의 커튼월 시스템에 관한 것이다. 따라서 구조재(frame)의 수평부와 수직부가 교차하는 지점에 구비한 연결공을 통해 태양광, 발열 또는 전기변색용 전선 작업을 용이하게 하며, 격벽으로 구분된 전선배선 공간이 구조재(frame) 내부에 형성되어 다양한 전선배관 규격으로 확보 가능하고, 전선이 과도하게 휘는 것을 방지하여 전선피복이 파손되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 내부에서 손쉽게 개폐할 수 있는 덮개부를 통해 유지보수를 용이하게 할 수 있다. 또한, 방수 코킹이 파손되는 경우에도 누수가 내부로 유입되는 것을 방지하는 배수로를 구비하며, 외부와 내부 프로파일 사이에 단열재를 구비하여 단열성능을 향상시킨 장점을 가진다.
