Adiabatic curtain wall
The present invention relates to an insulation curtain wall comprising: a fixed frame (100) having a coupling protrusion protruding forward from a front end surface to form a symmetrical mounting surface (140) on both sides; a connection bar (150) detachably coupled to the front end of the coupling protrusion (120); a cap support detachably coupled to the connection bar (150) on a side opposite to a position coupling the coupling protrusion thereto; an inner cap (180) screw-coupled to the cap support (170); a pair of reinforcement frames (160) including a mounting bar (166) fixed on the mounting surface (140), and a reinforcement bar (162) which forms an L-shape with the mounting bar (166) to support a side surface of the coupling protrusion (120) and the connection bar (150), and inserts a top into an insertion groove (174) formed in a cap support (170) to be coupled thereto; and an exterior material (300) inserted into the mounting bar (166), the reinforcement bar (162), and the inner cap. Accordingly, the fixed frame (100) is installed at a predetermined interval, an edge of the exterior material (300) is mounted in the rail groove between the adjacent fixed frames (100), and sealing is performed by silicone caulking, thereby maximizing insulation performance while being structurally stabilized.
본 발명은 단열 커튼월에 관한 것으로서, 선단면에 전방으로 결합돌기(120)가 돌출됨으로써 양쪽으로 대칭되는 안착면(140)이 형성되는 고정프레임(100); 상기 결합돌기(120)의 선단에 착탈식으로 결합되는 연결바(150); 상기 결합돌기(120)가 결합된 지점 반대편에서 연결바(150)에 착탈식으로 결합되는 캡지지대(170); 상기 캡지지대(170)에 나사결합되는 내부캡(180); 상기 안착면(140)에 고정되는 안착대(166)와 상기 안착대(166)와 함께 'ㄴ'자를 이루게 형성되어 상기 결합돌기(120) 및 연결바(150)의 측면을 지지하며 상단이 상기 캡지지대(170)에 형성된 끼움홈(174)에 끼워져 결합되는 보강대(162)를 포함하는 한 쌍의 보강프레임(160); 및 상기 안착대(166)와 보강대(162) 및 내부캡()에 의해 형성되는 레일홈에 끼워지는 외장재(300);를 포함하고, 상기 고정프레임(100)을 일정한 간격으로 설치하고 인접한 고정프레임(100) 사이에서 상기 레일홈에 외장재(300) 가장자리를 안착시킨 다음 실리콘 코킹으로 실링처리 하여 구조적으로 안정되면서도 단열성능을 극대화할 수 있는 커튼월을 형성하게 되는 단열 커튼월에 관한 것이다.
