Adiabatic Curtain Wall System
The present invention relates to a high thermal insulation curtain wall system with improved insulation. The curtain wall system of the present invention has a multi-blade gasket on a horizontal glass fixating part to separate a space on a lower end of a glass to block a cooling bridging due to convection. By preventing incoming water from entering an internal structure, a watertight performance and insulation effect are improved. In addition, the high thermal insulation curtain wall system has a metal setting chair between a plurality of wing gaskets and designed to receive the glass load from the structural part ensuring stable structural performance.
본 발명은 단열성을 향상시킨 고단열 커튼월 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 커튼월 시스템은 수평 유리 고정부에 다중날개가스켓를 구비하여 유리하단부의 공간을 분리시켜 대류로 인한 냉교를 차단하고, 외부에서 들어오는 물이 내부 구조체까지 들어오는 것을 차단함으로써 수밀성능 및 단열효과를 향상시키고, 다중날개가스켓 사이에 금속 셋팅체어를 구비하여 유리 하중을 구조부에서 받을 수 있도록 설계하여 안정적인 구조성능을 확보하였다.

본 발명은 단열성을 향상시킨 고단열 커튼월 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 커튼월 시스템은 수평 유리 고정부에 다중날개가스켓를 구비하여 유리하단부의 공간을 분리시켜 대류로 인한 냉교를 차단하고, 외부에서 들어오는 물이 내부 구조체까지 들어오는 것을 차단함으로써 수밀성능 및 단열효과를 향상시키고, 다중날개가스켓 사이에 금속 셋팅체어를 구비하여 유리 하중을 구조부에서 받을 수 있도록 설계하여 안정적인 구조성능을 확보하였다.
