BOTH-SIDES HIGH INSULATION WALL STRUCTURE USING INSULATION PANEL
The present invention relates to a double-sided high insulation wall structure using an insulation panel, more specifically, to a double-sided high insulation wall structure using an insulation panel, which improves thermal insulation effect by having the insulation panel on both sides of the inner side and the outer side of a wall and simplifies a work process by emitting a thermal insulation construction work and a mold work process by performing functions of a mold and thermal insulation using the insulation panel. To solve a problem, the double-sided high insulation wall structure comprises: the multiple insulation panels comprising an insulation material and an insulation board and having multiple fixing grooves formed on the inner surface by being bored and an insertion groove formed on the outer circumference; a spacer unit wherein a fixing unit, maintaining an inner gap between the insulation panels horizontally and longitudinally piled, and a gap maintaining rod are integrated as the multiple insulation panels are installed to face each other; multiple reinforcing members overlapped with a rear surface of the multiple insulation panels facing each other and longitudinally and horizontally fixed; a connection unit connected to the fixing unit which is an end of the spacer unit by a bolt by passing through the reinforcing member, wherein the other side is clamped by a nut; and a different height prevention unit preventing a different height by being inserted into the multiple insulation panels longitudinally and horizontally adjacent to each other.
본 발명은 단열 패널을 이용한 양면 고단열 벽체 시공 구조에 관한 것으로 단열 패널을 이용하여 거푸집과 단열의 기능을 동시에 하게 하여 거푸집 작업 공정과 단열 시공 공정 작업을 배제함으로써 작업의 과정을 단순화하고 벽체 내측과 외측에 양쪽으로 단열 패널이 형성됨으로써 단열효과를 높이는 단열 패널을 이용한 양면 고단열 벽체 시공 구조에 관한 것이다.. 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 발명은 단열재와 단열 보드로 이루어지고 내면에 다수개의 고정홈이 통공되며 외주면에 삽입홈이 형성되는 다수개의 단열 패널과; 상기 다수개의 단열 패널을 서로 대향되게 설치하여 종ㆍ횡으로 적층되는 단열 패널들 간의 내측 간격을 유지하는 고정구와 간격 유지봉으로 일체화된 간격 유지구와; 상기 대향하는 다수개의 단열 패널의 후면에 덧대어 횡방향과 종방향으로 고정하는 다수개의 보강재와; 상기 보강재를 관통하여 간격 유지구의 끝단인 고정구에 볼트로 결합되고 타측은 너트로 조여지는 체결구와; 상기 종ㆍ횡으로 인접한 다수개의 단열 패널 사이에 삽입되어 단차를 방지하는 단차 방지구로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 패널을 이용한 양면 고단열 벽체 시공 구조를 제공하는 데 있다.

The present invention relates to a double-sided high insulation wall structure using an insulation panel, more specifically, to a double-sided high insulation wall structure using an insulation panel, which improves thermal insulation effect by having the insulation panel on both sides of the inner side and the outer side of a wall and simplifies a work process by emitting a thermal insulation construction work and a mold work process by performing functions of a mold and thermal insulation using the insulation panel. 본 발명은 단열 패널을 이용한 양면 고단열 벽체 시공 구조에 관한 것으로 단열 패널을 이용하여 거푸집과 단열의 기능을 동시에 하게 하여 거푸집 작업 공정과 단열 시공 공정 작업을 배제함으로써 작업의 과정을 단순화하고 벽체 내측과 외측에 양쪽으로 단열 패널이 형성됨으로써 단열효과를 높이는 단열 패널을 이용한 양면 고단열 벽체 시공 구조에 관한 것이다.. 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 발명은 단열재와 단열 보드로 이루어지고 내면에 다수개의 고정홈이 통공되며 외주면에 삽입홈이 형성되는 다수개의 단열 패널과; 상기 다수개의 단열 패널을 서로 대향되게 설치하여 종ㆍ횡으로 적층되는 단열 패널들 간의 내측 간격을 유지하는 고정구와 간격 유지봉으로 일체화된 간격 유지구와; 상기 대향하는 다수개의 단열 패널의 후면에 덧대어 횡방향과 종방향으로 고정하는 다수개의 보강재와; 상기 보강재를 관통하여 간격 유지구의 끝단인 고정구에 볼트로 결합되고 타측은 너트로 조여지는 체결구와; 상기 종ㆍ횡으로 인접한 다수개의 단열 패널 사이에 삽입되어 단차를 방지하는 단차 방지구로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 단열 패널을 이용한 양면 고단열 벽체 시공 구조를 제공하는 데 있다.
