MOLDING SYSTEM FOR THROUGH BRIDGE AND THROUGH BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREWITH
The present invention relates to a molding system for a through bridge, installed to easily move in a longitudinal direction between both side beams when the through bridge is constructed; and a through bridge construction method using the same. The molding system for the through bridge comprises: an upper frame to prevent falling; and a lower frame installing a molding plate, positioned in a traverse direction between the bottoms of both side beams, to place concrete for a traverse bottom plate into a space between the lower parts of the both side beams, and installed to be hung from a lower frame connection rod extended downwards from the upper frame to prevent falling. The present invention enables the lower frame to move together as the upper frame to prevent falling moves along an upper surface of the side beams such that a plurality of upper frames and the lower frames are set to make side surfaces of molding plates come in contact with each other in a longitudinal direction between the both side beams. The present invention is made to enable a worker to ensure enough working space; thereby enhancing workability and being very advantageous in safety management such as preventing a falling accident due to a working tool from falling or the like.
하로교를 시공할 경우 양 측면빔 사이에 종방향으로 이동이 용이한 거푸집시스템을 설치하여 슬래브를 현장타설 방식으로 시공하는 하로교용 거푸집 시스템 및 이를 이용한 하로교 시공방법에 관한 것으로서 하로교용 거푸집 시스템은 전도방지용 상부프레임; 및 상기 양 측면빔 하부 내측 사이에 횡방향 바닥판 콘크리트를 타설할 수 있도록 양 횡방향 저면 사이에 위치하는 거푸집판이 상면에 설치되고, 상기 전도방지용 상부프레임으로부터 하방으로 연장 설치된 하부프레임 연결봉에 매달아 설치된 하부프레임을 포함하여 전도방지용 상부프레임이 측면빔 상면을 따라 이동함에 따라 하부프레임도 함께 이동시켜 가면서 다수개가 양 측면빔 사이에 거푸집판 측면이 종방향으로 서로 접하도록 세팅된다.
