- HOUSING STRONG-BACK SYSTEM AND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREWITH
The present invention relates to an efficient and economical housing strong-back system, which enables girder connection work regardless of the type of a girder and takes advantages of a traditional strong-back system. The housing strong-back system comprises: an upper housing of an inverted U-shaped cross section installed to surround the upper end of an end portion of one side of the girder; a lower extension housing of a U-shaped cross section having a girder support horizontal plate of the U-shaped cross section, which surrounds the lower end of an end portion of one side of the girder, and seats the bottom of one side of the girder, formed on the upper end of the inner side surface of the lower extension housing, horizontally extending from the bottom of the upper housing; an L-shaped seat housing having the lower extension housing; and an upper connection housing of the inverted U-shaped cross section formed on the end surface of the upper housing so as to come in contact with a front surface.
종래 스트롱-백 시스템의 장점을 살리면서 거더의 종류와 관계없이 거더 연결작업이 가능하여 효율적이고 경제적인 하우징 스트롱-백 시스템 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 상기 하우징 스트롱-백 시스템은 일측 거더의 단부 상단을 감싸도록 설치된 역 U형 단면의 상단하우징; 및 일측 거더의 단부 하단을 감싸도록 설치된 U형 단면으로 형성되며 상기 일측 거더의 저면이 안착되는 거더지지수평판이 상단 내측면에 형성되고, 상단하우징의 하방으로부터 수평으로 연장 형성된 U형 단면의 하단연장하우징;을 포함하여 형성된 L형 안착하우징; 및 타측 거더의 단부 상단을 감싸도록 설치된 역 U형 단면으로서 상기 상단하우징의 단부면에 전면부가 접하도록 형성된 상단연결하우징;을 포함한다.
