ROD FOR INDICATING ROCK BOLT CONSTRUCTED IN TUNNEL
The present invention relates to a tunnel rock bolt checking rod capable of easily checking whether a rock bolt is installed or not and its installation position, and enabling an easy installation of the rock bolt. The rock bolt comprises: a bolt shaft of which a lower part is inserted into a fixing hole, formed on a wall of a tunnel, to be fixated; a support panel combined with the bolt shaft to be attached to the wall of the tunnel; and a nut member combined with the bolt shaft to face the wall of the tunnel to make the support panel attached to the wall of the tunnel. The rock bolt checking rod is fixated to an upper part of the rock bolt, and indicates an installation position of the rock bolt by protruding from a surface of a shot concrete layer built in the wall of the tunnel. The rock bolt checking rod comprises: a fixing part fixated to an upper part of the rock bolt; and a pillar part extended to protrude from the fixing part to the surface of the shot concrete layer. The fixing part includes a first panel interposed between the support panel and the wall of the tunnel. The first panel intersects with the pillar part, and protrudes in a side direction of the rock bolt checking rod to make the first panel interposed between the support panel and the wall of the tunnel. The first panel is fixated to the rock bolt while being compressed by the nut member, combined with the bolt shaft to pressurize the support panel, between the wall of the tunnel and the support panel for the first panel.
본 발명은 터널 락볼트 확인봉에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 락볼트의 시공여부 및 시공위치를 용이하게 확인할 수 있도록 하고, 더불어 락볼트의 설치작업시 손쉽게 설치가 가능하도록 한 터널 락볼트 확인봉을 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 터널의 벽면에 형성된 고정공에 하단부가 삽입되어 고정되는 볼트축과, 터널의 벽면에 밀착되도록 볼트축에 결합되는 지지판과, 상기 지지판을 사이에 두고 터널의 벽면과 마주하도록 볼트축에 체결되어 지지판을 터널 벽면에 밀착시키는 너트부재로 이루어진 락볼트의 상단부에 고정되고, 터널 벽면에 시공되는 숏크리트층의 표면으로 돌출되어 락볼트의 시공위치를 표시하는 락볼트 확인봉에 있어서, 상기 락볼트 확인봉은, 락볼트의 상단부에 고정되는 고정부와, 상기 고정부로부터 숏크리트층의 표면으로 돌출되도록 연장되게 형성된 기둥부로 이루어지며, 상기 고정부는, 지지판과 터널 벽면의 사이에 삽입되는 평판형의 제1판재를 포함하되, 상기 제1판재는 기둥부와 직교하면서 락볼트 확인봉의 측면방향으로 돌출되게 형성되어 지지판과 터널 벽면 사이에 제1판재가 삽입되도록 배치된 상태에서 지지판을 가압하도록 볼트축에 체결되는 너트부재에 의해 제1판재 지지판과 터널 벽면의 사이에서 압축되면서 락볼트에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터널 락볼트 확인봉을 제공한다.
