According to the present invention, disclosed is a self-propelled type electronic sign board for preventing chain collision accidents. When traffic congestion arises on a road, a transfer trolley travels along on a median strip in the reverse direction of driving cars and notifies road situations ahead through an electronic sign board to a driver driving a car in the rear, thereby the invention prevents chain collision accidents by inducing drivers to slow down and drive slowly.
본 발명은 도로에서 정체구간이 발생하였을 때 이송대차가 중앙분리대를 따라 역방향으로 이동하면서 전방 도로의 상황을 전광판을 통해 후방에서 주행중인 차량 운전자들에게 알림으로써 감속, 서행을 유도하여 차량의 연쇄충돌사고를 방지할 수 있는 연쇄충돌사고 방지를 위한 자주식 전광판을 개시한다.
