ROAD REPAIR COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to a road repair composition. The road repair composition is prepared by mixing 79-85 parts by weight of a silica mixture, and 15-21 parts by weight of a polyurea epoxy composition. The silica mixture is prepared by mixing 41-48 parts by weight of SiO_2 powder, 20-24 parts by weight of silica sand No. 5, and 28-40 parts by weight of silica sand No. 3. When used to repair a road, the road repair composition is cured within a short period time after the repair work, thereby reducing duration of the repair work. Also, the road repair composition is well cured at a low temperature by using the polyurea epoxy composition which is a rapid hardening polymer, and has enhanced strength and durability.
본 발명은 도로보수 조성물에 관한 것으로, SiO파우더 41~48중량부와 규사 5호사 20~24중량부, 규사 3호사 28~40중량부가 혼합된 규사혼합물 및 규사혼합물 79~85중량부에 폴리우레아 에폭시 조성물 15~21중량부가 혼합되어 구성되어, 이 조성물을 이용하여 도로보수를 실시하면 시공 후 단시간 내에 경화가 이루어지므로 보수공사 시간을 단축시킬 수 있고, 초속경 폴리머인 폴리우레아 에폭시 조성물을 사용하여 저온에서도 경화가 잘 되며, 강도와 내구성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
