CERAMIC COATING MATERIAL FOR PREVENTING NEUTRALIZATION OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING AND CONSTRUCTING THEREOF
The present invention provides a ceramic coating material for preventing concrete neutralization, a method for producing the same, and a method for constructing the same. According to the present invention, the surface of a concrete structure is finished by a high affinity inorganic incombustible ceramic material, wherein the high affinity inorganic incombustible ceramic material is maintained at realistically constructible viscosity, has effects in preventing neutralization and blocking external environments such as salt damage, freezing, and thawing, and has a sufficient storage period. When a fire occurs, a toxic gas is not discharged. Also, the ceramic coating material is coated on the surface of concrete or the like to form a sufficient film. Accordingly, the ceramic coating material has excellent durability maintained for a long time even under various external deteriorated environmental conditions, and effectively blocks deterioration factors.
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물의 표면을 친화력이 높은 무기계이면서 현실적으로 시공이 가능한 점도를 유지하면서 효과면에서도 중성화 방지, 염해와 동결융해 등 외부의 환경을 차단하는 기능 및 저장기간이 충분한 세라믹 불연재료로 마감함으로써, 화재시 유독가스를 배출하지 않으면서 콘크리트 등의 표면에 코팅되어 충분한 도막을 형성하여 외부의 다양한 열화 환경 조건에서도 장기간 우수한 내구성을 갖으면서, 열화인자를 효과적으로 차단하는 콘크리트 중성화 방지 세라믹 코팅제 조성물과 그 제조방법 및 시공방법을 제공하고자 한다.
