Waterproof paint for preventing the neutralization of concrete and coating method using thereof
The present invention relates to waterproof paint for preventing neutralization of concrete and a painting method using the same. The waterproof paint for preventing neutralization of concrete comprises: 50-70 parts by weight of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA); 10-30 parts by weight of acrylic emulsion resin; and 5-25 parts by weight of polyvinyl acetate. According to the waterproof paint for preventing neutralization of concrete and the painting method using the same of the present invention, by combining functions such as excellent abrasion resistance, moisture permeability, and mold resistance, a more effective neutralization function of the concrete and a salt damage prevention function are provided. By removing environmental factors, the present invention protects a concrete structure from a corrosion risk, and further secures safety.
본 발명에 따른 콘크리트 중성화 방지 방수 페인트 및 이를 이용한 도장 공법은, 에틸렌초산비닐(Ethylene vinyl acetate, EVA) 50 내지 70 중량부, 아크릴에멀젼수지(Acrylic emulsion resin) 10 내지 30 중량부, 초산비닐수지(Polyvinyl acetate) 5 내지 25 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 콘크리트 중성화 방지 방수 페인트 및 이를 이용한 도장 공법에 따르면, 우수한 내마모성, 내투습성, 곰팡이 저항성 등의 기능을 겸비함으로써 보다 효과적인 콘크리트의 중성화 및 염해 방지 기능을 제공함과 동시에 환경적 요인을 제거하여 부식 위험으로부터 콘크리트 구조물을 보호하고 나아가 안전성을 확보할 수 있도록 한 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to waterproof paint for preventing neutralization of concrete and a painting method using the same.
