According to the present invention, provided is a polyurethane waterproof coating agent. The polyurethane waterproof coating agent comprises, based on 100 parts by weight of a 3,3-dimethyl diphenylmethane-4,4-diisocyanate terminal prepolymer: 100 parts by weight of a 3,3-dimethyl diphenylmethane-4,4-diisocyanate terminal prepolymer; 50-70 parts by weight of polybutadiene styrene glycol; 40-50 parts by weight of polytetramethylene glycol; 30-40 parts by weight of polypropylene glycol; 20-30 parts by weight of polybutadiene acrylonitrile glycol; 3-5 parts by weight of dicumyl peroxide; 10-20 parts by weight of talc; and 5-10 parts by weight of a pigment.
본 발명에 의하면, 3,3-다이메틸다이페닐메탄-4,4-디이소시아네이트 말단 프리폴리머 100 중량부에, 3,3-다이메틸다이페닐메탄-4,4-디이소시아네이트 말단 프리폴리머 100 중량부를 기준으로 각각, 폴리부타디엔스타이렌글리콜 50 내지 70 중량부, 폴리테트라메틸렌글리콜 40 내지 50 중량부, 폴리프로필렌글리콜 30 내지 40 중량부, 폴리부타디엔아크릴로니트릴글리콜 20 내지 30 중량부, 다이큐밀퍼옥사이드 3 내지 5 중량부, 탈크 10 내지 20 중량부 및 안료 5 내지 10 중량부가 혼합되어 조성되는 폴리우레탄 도막 방수제가 제공된다.

According to the present invention, provided is a polyurethane waterproof coating agent. The polyurethane waterproof coating agent comprises, based on 100 parts by weight of a 3,3-dimethyl diphenylmethane-4,4-diisocyanate terminal prepolymer: 100 parts by weight of a 3,3-dimethyl diphenylmethane-4,4-diisocyanate terminal prepolymer; 50-70 parts by weight of polybutadiene styrene glycol; 40-50 parts by weight of polytetramethylene glycol; 30-40 parts by weight of polypropylene glycol; 20-30 parts by weight of polybutadiene acrylonitrile glycol; 3-5 parts by weight of dicumyl peroxide; 10-20 parts by weight of talc; and 5-10 parts by weight of a pigment.
