The purpose of the present invention is to provide a polyurethane film waterproof agent having excellent durability, chemical resistance, thermal resistance, etc., a manufacturing method thereof and a complex waterproof method using the same. Provided is a complex waterproof method using a polyurethane film waterproof agent, comprising the following steps: cleaning the concrete surface; installing a PVC-based waterproof sheet on the concrete surface; installing a mesh tape on a joint part of the waterproof sheet; applying a joint reinforcement film agent on the part where the mesh tape is installed and forming a joint reinforcement film layer; primarily and secondarily applying a polyurethane film agent consecutively and forming a first waterproof layer and a second waterproof layer; and applying a top coating agent on the upper side surface of the second waterproof layer and forming a top coating layer.
본 발명에 의하면, 콘크리트 표면이 청소되는 단계와; 콘크리트 표면에 PVC계 방수시트가 설치 구성되는 단계와; 방수시트의 조인트 부위에 메쉬테이프가 설치 구성되는 단계와; 메쉬테이프가 설치된 부위에 조인트 보강용 도막제가 도포되어 조인트 보강용 도막층이 형성되는 단계와; 폴리우레탄 도막제가 연속하여 1차 및 2차 도포되어 제1방수층과 제2방수층이 형성되는 단계와; 제2방수층의 상측면에 탑코팅제가 도포되어 탑코팅층)이 형성되는 단계를 포함하는 폴리우레탄 도막 방수제를 이용한 복합방수공법이 제공된다.
