Polyurethane waterproof agent and manufacturing method thereof and waterproof method using thereof
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a polyurethane film waterproofing agent which has excellent durability, chemical resistance, adhesive properties, aging resistance, ozone resistance, weatherability and heat resistance, and is excellent in workability during construction; a preparation method thereof; and a waterproofing method using the same. The polyurethane film waterproofing agent of the present invention comprises: a polyurethane main material prepared by making 60 to 80 parts by weight of 3-chloro-3-methylbutane, 50 to 70 parts by weight of 4-chloro-2-methylbutane, 40 to 60 parts by weight of ethyl isobutyl sulfide and 30 to 50 parts by weight of trichlorosilane react with 100 parts by weight of the complex isocyanate in a state that a complex isocyanate is prepared by mixing 2-methyl-1,5-pentamethylenediisocyanate with 1,12-dodecanediisocyanate at a volume ratio of 7:2; and a curing agent prepared by adding 70 to 90 parts by weight of 1,2,3-propanetriol, 60 to 80 parts by weight of 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol, 50 to 70 parts by weight of 3-bromo-1,1,1-trichlorononane, 40 to 60 parts by weight of dimethyl terephthalate, 4 to 6 parts by weight of cobalt violet as an inorganic pigment, and 3 to 5 parts by weight of dioxazine as an organic pigment to 100 parts by weight of trimethylolpropane, wherein the main material and the curing agent are mixed in the polyurethane film waterproofing agent.
본 발명에 의하면, 2-메틸-1,5-펜타메틸렌디이소시아네이트와 1,12-도데칸디이소시아네이트가 7:2의 부피비로 혼합되어 복합이소시아네이트가 제조된 상태에서 상기 복합이소시아네이트 100 중량부에 3-클로로-3-메틸뷰탄 60~80 중량부, 4-클로로-2-메틸뷰탄 50~70 중량부, 에틸이소뷰틸설파이드 40~60 중량부 및 트리클로로실란 30~50 중량부가 반응되어 제조된 폴리우레탄 주재와; 트리메틸올프로판 100 중량부에 1,2,3-프로판트리올 70~90 중량부, 1,4-사이클로헥산디메탄올 60~80 중량부, 3-브로모-1,1,1-트리클로로노난 50~70 중량부, 디메틸테레프탈레이트 40~60 중량부, 무기 안료인 코발트바이올렛 4~6 중량부 및 유기 안료인 디옥사진 3~5 중량부가 첨가되어 제조된 경화제를 포함하고, 상기 주재와 경화제가 혼합된 폴리우레탄 도막 방수제가 제공된다.
