Composite For Eco-friendly Soil Asphalt Concrete Pavement
The present invention relates to a composition for eco-friendly asphalt concrete pavement using soil. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for eco-friendly asphalt concrete pavement using soil, used as a filler for concrete pavement after processing and drying a red soil which is industrial byproduct sludge produced from bauxite, raw aluminum. The composition for eco-friendly asphalt concrete pavement using soil uses red soil as the filler, wherein the red soil is produced by drying sludge remaining after extracting raw materials from raw aluminum bauxite until the sludge has the moisture contents below 1%, and then atomizing the sludge to have the size of the particle diameter less than or equal to 600 micrometers.
본 발명은 친환경 흙아스콘포장 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 알루미늄 원석인 보오크사이트에서 나오는 산업부산물 슬러지인 적토를 가공 건조하여 아스팔트 포장용 채움재인 필러로 사용하는 친환경 흙아스콘포장 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 친환경 흙아스콘포장 조성물은 알루미늄 원석인 보오크사이트에서 원료를 뽑고 남은 슬러지를 수분함량 1% 이하로 건조하고 입자의 크기를 600마이크로미터 이하로 미립화한 적토를 채움재로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
