The present invention relates to an apparatus (100) for connecting first and second concrete piles (20, 30). The apparatus includes: first and second ring-shaped connection plates (110, 120) mounted at ends of the first and second concrete piles (20, 30) respectively; and a plurality of first and second connectors (130, 140) placed on the first and second connection plates (110, 120) at regular intervals to be mounted thereon, respectively. Each of the first and second connection plates (110, 120) includes a plurality of elongated holes (112, 122) elongated in a diameter direction of the concrete piles. The first connector (130), having a U shape having a predetermined height overall, includes: a connection part (132) including a bolt fastening hole (131); and a guide part (134) extended on both sides of the connection part (132) in an outward direction of the concrete piles while forming a predetermined angle with the connection part (132). The second connector (140), having a U shape having a predetermined height overall in response to the first connector (130), includes: a connection part (142) including a bolt fastening hole (141); and a guide part (144) extended on both sides of the connection part (142) in an outward direction of the concrete piles while forming a predetermined angle with the connection part (142). Meanwhile, the second connector has a smaller size than the first connector (130) so as to be placed tightly inside the first connector (130).
본 발명은 제1,2 콘크리트 파일(20,30)을 연결하기 위한 장치(100)에 있어서, 상기 제1,2 콘크리트 파일(20,30)의 단부에 각각 장착되는 링 형태의 제1,2 연결판(110,120)과; 상기 제1,2 연결판(110,120) 상에 일정 간격으로 배치되어 각각 장착되는 복수개의 제1,2 연결구(130,140)를 포함하고, 상기 제1,2 연결판(110,120)은 각각 콘크리트 파일의 지름 방향으로 길게 형성된 복수개의 장공(112,122)을 구비하고, 상기 제1 연결구(130)는, 전체적으로 일정 높이를 가지는 ㄷ자 형상으로서, 볼트 체결공(131)이 형성된 연결부(132) 및 상기 연결부(132)의 양측에 연결부(132)와 일정한 각을 이루면서 콘크리트 파일의 외측 방향으로 연장 형성된 가이드부(134)를 구비하고, 상기 제2 연결구(140)는, 상기 제1 연결구(130)에 대응되어 전체적으로 일정 높이를 가지는 ㄷ자 형상으로서, 볼트 체결공(141)이 형성된 연결부(142) 및 상기 연결부(142)의 양측에 연결부(142)와 일정한 각을 이루면서 콘크리트 파일의 외측 방향으로 연장 형성된 가이드부(144)를 구비하되, 상기 제1 연결구(130)의 내측에 밀착 배치되도록 제1 연결구(130)와 비교하여 더 작은 크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to an apparatus (100) for connecting first and second concrete piles (20, 30). The apparatus includes: first and second ring-shaped connection plates (110, 120) mounted at ends of the first and second concrete piles (20, 30) respectively; and a plurality of first and second connectors (130, 140) placed on the first and second connection plates (110, 120) at regular intervals to be mounted thereon, respectively.
