The present invention relates to a coating foamed vermiculite, wherein the inside and the outside of the foamed vermiculite are coated in order to keep unique properties of the same and provide doubled tensile strength, thereby preventing the shape deformation between before and after the construction of the panel containing the coating foamed vermiculite. The present invention also relates to a manufacturing method thereof, and to a vermiculite panel using the same. The manufacturing method of coating foamed vermiculite comprises the following steps. After putting the preheated foamed vermiculite which was preheated at a temperature of 100 to 150C into a coating device, a coating agent is sprayed under a condition where hot air with a temperature of 200C or above is provided into the inside of the coating device. Therefore, the inside and the outside of the foamed vermiculite are coated, and the coating foamed vermiculite completes a process of being dried by a rapid cooling cooler.
본 발명은 발포 질석의 내, 외부를 코팅하여 상기 발포 질석의 고유 물성은 유지하면서 배가된 인장 강도를 제공함으로써 코팅된 발포 질석을 포함하는 판넬의 시공 전후 형상 변형의 방지가 가능한 코팅 발포 질석 및 이의 제조방법과 코팅 발포 질석을 포함하는 판넬에 관한 것으로서 100℃~150℃로 예열된 발포 질석을 코팅기에 투입한 후, 200℃ 이상의 열풍이 코팅기 내부로 제공되는 조건에서 코팅재를 분사하여 상기 발포 질석 내, 외부를 코팅하고, 코팅된 발포 질석을 급속 냉각 쿨러로 건조하는 과정을 포함하여 이루어지는 코팅 발포 질석의 제조 방법을 제공하는 것이다.
