Seawater Block Structure with Frame and Ceramic Tile for Salt Field
The present invention relates to a loess plate-water blocking frame structure for a salt field. Particularly, the loess plate-water blocking frame structure according to the present invention comprises: a water blocking frame (10) made of a synthetic resin; and a loess plate (100) installed on the water blocking frame. The water blocking frame (10) has four sides (11, 12, 13, 14) formed integrally so as to receive the loess plate (100) in close contact with each other, each of horizontal rims (15, 16, 17, 18) is formed integrally at the lower inner part of the four sides, a plurality of coupling protrusions (23) is formed integrally at the lower part of the two sides (11, 12), and each of coupling rims (19, 20) having a plurality of coupling grooves (22) is formed integrally at the lower outer part of the two sides (13, 14). The water blocking frames (10) are installed successively in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction by coupling the coupling protrusion (23) with the coupling groove (22). The four horizontal rims (15, 16, 17, 18) have two sealing protrusions (21a, 21b) formed in a quadrangular shape at the inner upper part thereof so as to be in contact with the loess plate (100) in a sealed state. To level the bottom surfaces of the adjacent water blocking frames (10), protrusions (24) are formed integrally at the lower inner part of the horizontal rims (15, 16).
본 발명에 따른 염전용 황토토판 물막이틀 구조물은 합성수지로 제조된 물막이틀(10) 및 상기 물막이틀 위에 설치되는 황토토판(100)으로 이루어지고, 상기 물막이틀(10)은 상기 황토토판(100)을 밀착되게 수용하도록 4변(11, 12, 13, 14)이 일체로 형성되고, 상기 4변의 하부 내부쪽에는 각각 수평림(rim)(15, 16, 17, 18)이 일체로 형성되고, 상기 2변(11, 12)의 하부에는 복수개의 체결돌기(23)가 일체로 형성되고, 상기 2변(13, 14)의 하부 외부쪽에는 복수개의 체결홈(22)이 형성된 결합림(rim)(19, 20)이 각각 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 물막이틀(10)은 체결돌기(23)와 체결홈(22)이 서로 체결되어 가로 및 세로방향으로 연속하여 설치된다. 상기 4개의 수평림(15, 16, 17, 18) 내부 상부에 상기 황토토판(100)과 밀봉되게 접촉하도록 2개의 밀봉돌기(21a, 21b)가 4각형 형태로 형성된다. 인접하는 물막이틀(10)의 바닥면을 고르게 하기 위하여 수평림(15, 16)의 하부 내부쪽에 돌출부(24)가 일체로 형성된다.
