The present invention relates to a red clay brick including an insulating material and a manufacturing method for the same. The red clay brick forms an inner structure by connecting a connection member and an insulation reflecting material. As the red clay brick is formed while the inner structure is inserted into a mold, the red clay has high insulation performance and stable structural strength. According to the present invention, the red clay brick including the insulating material, wherein a first brick and a second brick composed of a red clay composite are formed in the shape of a hexahedron, includes: an insulation reflecting material installed between the first brick and the second brick; a connection member penetrating and connecting the first brick, the insulation reflecting material, and the second brick at same time; a vertical assembly unit comprising a first protrusion unit, wherein a cross section protruding from the lower part of the first brick and the second brick is extended forwards and backwards, and a first groove unit which is dented to be concave to the inner side to correspond to the first protrusion unit in the upper part of the first brick and the second brick; and a forward and backward assembly unit comprising a second protrusion unit, wherein the cross section protruding from the front of the first brick and the second brick is vertically extended, and a second groove unit dented to be concave to the inner side to correspond to the second protrusion unit in the lower part of the first brick and the second brick.
본 발명은 단열재가 구비된 황토벽돌 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 결합부재와 단열 반사재를 결합하여 내부 구조물을 형성하고, 성형틀에 내부 구조물이 삽입된 상태로 황토벽돌이 성형됨에 따라, 높은 단열성을 가지되 견고한 구조강도를 가질 수 있는 단열재가 구비된 황토벽돌 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 단열재가 구비된 황토벽돌은 황토 조성물로 구성된 제 1벽돌과 제 2벽돌이 육면체의 형태로 구성되는 황토벽돌에 있어서, 상기 제 1벽돌 및 제 2벽돌 사이에 구비되는 단열 반사재; 상기 제 1벽돌, 단열 반사재 및 제 2벽돌을 동시에 관통하여 결합하는 결합부재; 상기 제 1벽돌 및 제 2벽돌의 하부에서 돌출된 단면이 전후방향으로 연장되는 제 1돌기부와, 상기 제 1벽돌 및 제 2벽돌의 상부에서 상기 제 1돌기부에 대응되도록 오목하게 내측으로 패인 제 1요홈부로 구성되는 상하조립부; 및 상기 제 1벽돌 및 제 2벽돌의 전방에서 돌출된 단면이 상하방향으로 연장되는 제 2돌기부와, 상기 제 1벽돌 및 제 2벽돌의 하부에서 상기 제 2돌기부에 대응되도록 오목하게 내측으로 패인 제 2요홈부로 구성되는 전후조립부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a red clay brick including an insulating material and a manufacturing method for the same. The red clay brick forms an inner structure by connecting a connection member and an insulation reflecting material.
