ROTARY TYPE DUST REMOVING MACHINE HAVING STRUCTURE FOR PREVENTING ADULTERATION ESCAPE
The present invention relates to a rotary dust removing machine which has a blocking device to block a space between a main screen and a rear auxiliary screen, allows smooth passage of a rake, and efficiently performs an operation of returning to an original position after the rake passes. The rotary dust removing machine comprises a cover screen to block passage of an impurity ascending along a rear auxiliary screen on a rear side of a main screen. The cover screen comprises: a support fixated and installed in a side frame on the rear side of the main screen; an elastic hinge shaft which forms an axial direction in a width direction of the main screen, has a hinge spring, and is installed on the support; and a plurality of cover bars installed in the support via the elastic hinge shaft to receive an elastic force in a vertical direction to be inclined and extended side by side towards a rear to allow a front end thereof to face an upper end of the rear auxiliary screen.
본 발명은 메인스크린과 후방보조스크린 사이에 발생하는 공간을 차단할 수 있는 차단장치를 구비하되, 레이크의 원활한 통과를 허용할 수 있으며, 레이크의 통과후에 원위치로 복귀하는 작동이 또한 원활히 이루어질 수 있는 차단장치를 가진 로터리 제진기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 로터리 제진기는, 메인스크린의 후측에서 후방보조스크린을 따라 상승하는 협잡물의 통과를 차단하는 덮개스크린을 포함하되, 상기 덮개스크린은 메인스크린의 후측에서 상기 측면프레임에 고정설치되는 지지대와, 상기 메인스크린의 폭방향으로 축방향이 형성되고 힌지스프링을 구비하며 지지대에 설치되는 탄성힌지축과, 상기 탄성힌지축을 매개로 지지대에 설치되어 상하방향으로 탄성력을 받아 경사질 수 있고 후방보조스크린의 상단을 각각의 선단부가 대향하도록 후방을 향해 서로 나란히 연장되는 다수의 덮개바를 포함한다.
