ROTARY TYPE DUST REMOVING MACHINE HAVING STRUCTURE FOR PREVENTING ADULTERATION PASS IN THE LOWER PART
The present invention relates to a rotary dust removing machine having a structure for preventing adulteration from passing in the lower part, capable of preventing the passage of adulteration through a space by blocking the space generated between a main screen and the rear auxiliary screen by a simpler construction. The rotary dust removing machine comprises: a rear auxiliary screen installed at the rear under a main screen to filter adulteration flowing between the main screen and the bottom of a waterway; and a blocking screen installed to block passage of the adulteration in an outflow space between the rear auxiliary screen and the bottom of the main screen. The blocking screen comprises: a support rod fixed to a side frame and extending in the width direction of the main screen; and a plurality of ring-shaped blocking members arranged side by side between screen bars of the main screen in a state of being suspended from the support rod and extending downward to collect the adulteration in the outflow space.
본 발명은 보다 단순한 구성에 의해 메인스크린과 후방보조스크린 사이에 발생하는 공간을 차단함으로써 그 공간을 통한 협잡물의 통과를 방지할 수 있는 로터리 제진기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 메인스크린과 수로의 바닥 사이에서 유동하는 협잡물을 거르기 위해 메인스크린 하측의 후방에 설치된 후방보조스크린과, 상기 후방보조스크린과 메인스크린의 하단 사이의 유출공간에서 협잡물의 통과를 차단하기 위한 차단스크린이 설치되되, 상기 차단스크린은, 측면프레임에 고정되어 메인스크린의 폭방향으로 연장되는 지지로드와, 상기 지지로드에 매달린 상태로 메인스크린의 스크린바의 사이사이에서 서로 나란히 배치되고 유출공간의 협잡물을 포집할 수 있도록 하측으로 연장되어 있는 다수의 링(ring)형상 차단부재를 포함한다.
