The present invention relates to a composite material for a grouting liquid chemical composition based on a blast furnace slag, and an eco-friendly cement-free grouting liquid chemical composition using the same, and more specifically, to a composite material for a grouting liquid chemical composition based on a blast furnace slag, which is eco-friendly because a blast furnace slag is a base material, and a calcium hydroxide, calcium chloride, and a sodium hydroxide are mixed to have an excellent homogel strength compared with an existing cement suspension while diversely adjusting gelation time to be used compatibly according to a site condition, and an eco-friendly cement-free grouting liquid chemical composition using the same. The composite material for a grouting liquid chemical composition based on a blast furnace slag, which is used in a composition of a grouting liquid chemical composition, according to the present invention comprises: 50 to 95 wt% of a blast furnace slag powder based on a total weight of the composite material; 2 to 25 wt% of calcium hydroxides; and remaining wt% of any one of sodium hydroxide and calcium chloride. The eco-friendly cement-free grouting liquid chemical composition using the composite material for a grouting liquid chemical composition based on a blast furnace slag, according to the present invention, is a grouting liquid chemical composition in which B solution, where liquid sodium silicate is diluted by water, and A solution where a composition material is mixed with water, are mixed. The A solution, as a composite material, is selected among the composite material mentioned above, is contained and includes about 50 to 500 parts by weight of water based on a total weight of the composite material.
본 발명은 고로슬래그를 주성분으로 하는 그라우팅 약액조성물용 복합재 및 이를 이용한 친환경 무시멘트 그라우팅 약액조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 고로슬래그를 주재료로 이용함으로써 친환경적이고, 소석회, 염화칼슘, 수산화나트륨을 다양하게 배합하여 종래 시멘트현탁액에 비해 뛰어난 호모겔 강도를 가지는 동시에 겔화 시간을 다양하게 조절할 수 있어서 현장조건에 따라 호환성 있게 사용할 수 있는 고로슬래그를 주성분으로 하는 그라우팅 약액조성물용 복합재 및 이를 이용한 친환경 무시멘트 그라우팅 약액조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 고로슬래그를 주성분으로 하는 그라우팅 약액조성물용 복합재는 그라우팅 약액조성물의 조성에 혼합되는 복합재에 있어서, 상기 복합재 전체중량에 대해 고로슬래그 미분말 50 내지 95중량%; 소석회 2 내지 25중량%; 및 수산화나트륨 및 염화칼슘 중에서 적어도 하나 이상이 나머지 중량%;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 따른 고로슬래그를 주성분으로 하는 그라우팅 약액조성물용 복합재를 이용한 친환경 무시멘트 그라우팅 약액조성물은 액상규산나트륨을 물로 희석한 B액과, 복합재와 물을 혼합한 A액을 혼합하여 조성하는 그라우팅 약액조성물에 있어서, 상기 A액은 복합재로서 전술한 복합재 중에서 선택하여 포함하고, 상기 복합재의 100중량부에 대하여 물 50 내지 500 중량부로 조성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
