MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR GROUTING CHEMICAL LIQUID AGENCY
The present invention relates to a method for producing a grouting liquid chemical composition, and more specifically, to a method for producing a grouting liquid chemical composition which is capable of exerting potential hydraulicity of blast furnace slag based on desulfurization by-products generated by combustion of petroleum coke and an expansion agent, exhibiting identical or superior performance to type I normal cement, compensating for shrinkage of gelled molded substances and thus preventing leaching. The method for producing a grouting liquid chemical composition according to the present invention includes: 1) diluting liquid soda silicate with water to obtain a solution A; 2) obtaining a binder containing 1 to 200 parts by weight of a desulfurization by-product which is generated by combustion of petroleum coke, has a 50 to 80 wt% of calcium oxide and 10 to 40 wt% of sulfate oxide, and has a specific surface area of 2,000 to 8,000 cm^2/g, and 1 to 200 parts by weight of an expansion agent which has 20 to 90 wt% of calcium oxide and a specific surface area of 2,000 to 8,000 cm^2/g with respect to 100 parts by weight of blast furnace slag fine powder having a specific surface area of 3,500 to 8,000 cm^2/g; 3) mixing the binder with water to obtain a solution B; and 4) mixing the solution A with the solution B, and make the mixture into the form of a gel.
본 발명은 그라우팅 약액 조성물 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 페트로 코크스 연소시 발생되는 탈황 부산물과 팽창재에 의해 고로슬래그의 잠재수경성이 발휘되어 1종 보통시멘트와 동등하거나 그 이상의 성능을 발현할 수 있고, 겔화된 성형체의 수축을 보상해주어 용탈현상을 방지할 수 있는 그라우팅 약액 조성물 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 그라우팅 약액 조성물 제조방법은 1) 액상 규산소다를 물로 희식시켜 A액을 얻는 단계; 2) 비표면적이 3,500~8,000cm/g인 고로슬래그 미분말 100중량부에 대하여, 칼슘 옥사이드(Calcium oxide) 함량이 50~80중량%이고 설페이트 옥사이드(Sulfate oxide) 함량이 10~40중량%이며 비표면적이 2,000~8,000cm/g인 페트로 코크스 연소시 발생되는 탈황 부산물 1~200중량부와, 칼슘 옥사이드(Calcium oxide) 함량이 20~90중량%이고 비표면적이 2,000~8,000cm/g인 팽창재 1~200중량부를 포함하는 결합재를 얻는 단계; 3) 상기 결합재에 물을 혼합하여 B액을 얻는 단계; 및 4) 상기 A액과 B액을 혼합하여 겔(gel)화 시키는 단계;를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a method for producing a grouting liquid chemical composition, and more specifically, to a method for producing a grouting liquid chemical composition which is capable of exerting potential hydraulicity of blast furnace slag based on desulfurization by-products generated by combustion of petroleum coke and an expansion agent, exhibiting identical or superior performance to type I normal cement, compensating for shrinkage of gelled molded substances and thus preventing leaching. 본 발명은 그라우팅 약액 조성물 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 페트로 코크스 연소시 발생되는 탈황 부산물과 팽창재에 의해 고로슬래그의 잠재수경성이 발휘되어 1종 보통시멘트와 동등하거나 그 이상의 성능을 발현할 수 있고, 겔화된 성형체의 수축을 보상해주어 용탈현상을 방지할 수 있는 그라우팅 약액 조성물 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 그라우팅 약액 조성물 제조방법은 1) 액상 규산소다를 물로 희식시켜 A액을 얻는 단계; 2) 비표면적이 3,500~8,000cm/g인 고로슬래그 미분말 100중량부에 대하여, 칼슘 옥사이드(Calcium oxide) 함량이 50~80중량%이고 설페이트 옥사이드(Sulfate oxide) 함량이 10~40중량%이며 비표면적이 2,000~8,000cm/g인 페트로 코크스 연소시 발생되는 탈황 부산물 1~200중량부와, 칼슘 옥사이드(Calcium oxide) 함량이 20~90중량%이고 비표면적이 2,000~8,000cm/g인 팽창재 1~200중량부를 포함하는 결합재를 얻는 단계; 3) 상기 결합재에 물을 혼합하여 B액을 얻는 단계; 및 4) 상기 A액과 B액을 혼합하여 겔(gel)화 시키는 단계;를 포함한다.
