Prefabricated insulated stainless steel windows frames
The present invention relates to a window frame and, more particularly, to an insulated stainless steel window frame having a prefabricated structure, which allows a worker to assemble a vertical frame and a horizontal frame, which were manufactured in a factory and constitute a window frame, in a work site by fitting and partial welding without precise welding by a skilled worker. As a result, the window frame according to the present invention facilitates easy construction and improves workability and ease in handling of the window frame. In addition, it is possible to properly deal with the thickness of a wall with a side cover, which can be replaced. Especially, a side-reinforcing frame capable of reinforcing the inside of the side cover is provided, so the window frame can be reinforced and durability is further improved. In addition, a joint is applied to a connection portion between the vertical frame and the horizontal frame to prevent a gap in the connection portion, so heat insulating performance of an installed window is improved. In addition, energy can be saved because energy loss through glass grooves is eliminated and requirements (a door size such as its height) can be easily changed in the work site. Moreover, even an unskilled worker can easily construct the window frame by simple welding without a professional, so labor costs can be saved.
본 발명은 창호 프레임에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 창호 프레임을 시공함에 있어 창호 프레임을 이루는 수직프레임과 수평프레임을 공장에서 각각 제작 및 현장에서 조립 사용이 가능하게 하되 고인력의 정밀 용접 없이 간편하게 끼워 부분용접으로 결합되는 구조를 이루고 있어, 현장 시공이 편리해지는 등 창호 프레임의 취급상의 용이함과 시공성의 현격한 향상이 가능하며, 또한 교체 사용이 가능한 측면커버를 통해 벽체의 두께에 따라 적절한 대응이 가능하게 되며 특히 그 측면커버의 내부의 보강이 가능한 측면 보강프레임이 구비되어 창호 프레임의 보강이 가능하게 되는 등 내구성이 한층 향상되며, 또한 수직프레임과 수평프레임의 이음부에 대하여 조인트가 적용되어 그 이음부에 대한 틈새가 방지되어 시공된 창호의 단열성능이 한층 향상되며, 또한 유리홈을 통한 에너지 유실이 없어지므로 에너지가 절약되고, 현장에서 요청사항(높이 등의 도어사이즈)를 손쉽게 변경이 가능하며, 특히 전문인력 없이도 간단한 용접을 통해 미숙련 작업자도 손쉽게 시공할 수 있어 인건비의 절약이 가능한 조립식 구조를 갖는 단열 스테인레스 창호 프레임에 관한 것이다.
