Method for manufacturing coupler to connect between sprial reinforcing rod and deformed reinforcing rod
The present invention relates to a method for producing a coupler for connecting a reinforcing rod. The coupler comprises: a hollow-shaped body having a screw thread formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof; and a hollow-shaped tightening nut screwed with both ends of the body, and having an inner circumference formed to have an inner diameter becoming smaller toward one side end thereof. A hollow-shaped tightener is inserted into the tightening nut screwed with both ends of the body. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a coupler for connecting a spiral reinforcing rod and a deformed reinforcing rod. Any one of tighteners comprises a hollow-shaped sleeve having an outer diameter becoming smaller toward the end thereof. A guide groove lengthily formed along a length direction of the sleeve is formed on the sleeve. A plurality of guide grooves are formed along a circumferential direction of the sleeve. A side having a smaller diameter from both ends of the sleeve is opened, and a hanging member moving along the guide groove is inserted into and coupled with the guide groove. The coupler of the present invention can easily couple a deformed reinforcing rod and a spiral reinforcing rod which have different shapes. Excellent coupling force is ensured, and a coupling operation time for connecting reinforcing rods can be reduced.
본 발명은 외주연에 나사산이 형성되어 있는 중공체 형상의 몸체와, 상기 몸체의 양단에 나사결합되되, 내주연은 일측단부로 갈수록 내경이 작아지게 형성된 중공체 형상의 조임너트와, 상기 몸체의 양단에 나사결합된 조임너트의 내부에는 중공체 형상의 조임구가 삽입되어 있는 철근 이음용 커플러의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 상기 조임구 중 어느 하나는 단부측으로 갈수록 외부 직경이 작아지는 중공체 형상의 슬리브와, 상기 슬리브에는 슬리브의 길이방향을 따라 길게 가이드홈을 형성하는 것으로, 상기 가이드홈은 슬리브의 원주방향을 따라 복수 개를 형성하되, 상기 가이드홈은 슬리브의 양단 중 직경이 작은 측이 개구되게 제작하여 상기 가이드홈에는 가이드홈을 따라 이동하는 걸림부재를 삽입하여 체결하는 것이 특징인 나선철근과 이형철근 이음용 커플러 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명 철근 이음용 커플러는 형상이 서로 다른 이형철근과 나선철근 간의 체결이 용이하고, 또한 체결력이 우수하며, 철근을 잇는 체결작업 시간을 단축시킬 수 있다는 등의 현저한 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a method for producing a coupler for connecting a reinforcing rod. The coupler comprises: a hollow-shaped body having a screw thread formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof; and a hollow-shaped tightening nut screwed with both ends of the body, and having an inner circumference formed to have an inner diameter becoming smaller toward one side end thereof. A hollow-shaped tightener is inserted into the tightening nut screwed with both ends of the body. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a coupler for connecting a spiral reinforcing rod and a deformed reinforcing rod. Any one of tighteners comprises a hollow-shaped sleeve having an outer diameter becoming smaller toward the end thereof. A guide groove lengthily formed along a length direction of the sleeve is formed on the sleeve. A plurality of guide grooves are formed along a circumferential direction of the sleeve. A side having a smaller diameter from both ends of the sleeve is opened, and a hanging member moving along the guide groove is inserted into and coupled with the guide groove. The coupler of the present invention can easily couple a deformed reinforcing rod and a spiral reinforcing rod which have different shapes.
