Coupler for connecting between sprial reinforcing rod and deformed reinforcing rod
The present invention relates to a coupler for connecting reinforcing rods which is used to connect a pair of reinforcing rods to each other at a construction site and, more specifically, relates to a coupler for connecting reinforcing rods, in which a hollow fastening nut having a screw thread formed on the inner periphery thereof is fastened to both ends of a hollow body having a screw thread formed on the outer periphery thereof, the inside of the fastening nut is formed to have an inner diameter reduced toward one end portion thereof, and a hollow fastener corresponding to the inner diameter of the fastening nut is inserted into the fastening nuts on both sides of the body, such that reinforcing rods inserted into hollow holes of the fastener and the fastening nut are tightened by screw coupling between the body and the fastening nut. According to the present invention, the coupler for connecting reinforcing rods facilitates fastening between a deformed reinforcing bar and a spiral reinforcing bar having different shapes, provides an excellent fastening force, and is able to shorten the time required for the fastening operation to connect the reinforcing rods.
본 발명은 건설현장에서 한 쌍의 철근을 서로 잇기 위해 사용되는 철근 이음용 커플러에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 커플러는 외주연에 나사산이 형성되어 있는 중공체 형상의 몸체의 양단으로 각각 내주연에 나사산이 형성되어 있는 중공체 형상의 조임너트가 체결되되, 상기 조임너트의 내부는 일측단부로 갈수록 내경이 작아지게 형성되고, 상기 몸체의 양측 조임너트의 내부에는 조임너트의 내경에 대응하는 중공체 형상의 조임구가 삽입되어 있어, 몸체와 조임너트의 나사결합에 의해 조임너트와 조임구의 중공홀로 삽입된 철근을 조이는 것이 특징인 철근 이음용 커플러에 관한 것이다.본 발명 철근 이음용 커플러는 형상이 서로 다른 이형철근과 나선철근 간의 체결이 용이하고, 또한 체결력이 우수하며, 철근을 잇는 체결작업 시간을 단축시킬 수 있다는 등의 현저한 효과가 있다.
