RESIN COMPOSITION FOR ROAD REPAIRING AND ROAD REPAIRING METHOD THEREWITH
The present invention provides a resin composition for road repairing comprising 85 to 99 wt% of a resin binder and 0.1 to 15 wt% of an inorganic filler, wherein the resin binder is obtained by mixing a base with a curing agent at a mass ratio of 1:0.1 to 0.6. The base of the resin binder comprises 40 to 99 wt% of a bisphenol A-epichlorohydrin mixture, 0.1 to 25 wt% of a urethane-aryl copolymer resin, 0.1 to 20 wt% of an acryl-modified epoxy ester resin, 0.01 to 15 wt% of a polyester resin, 0.01 to 15 wt% of glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, and 0.01 to 10 wt% of a silicone resin. The resin composition for road repairing of the present invention not only simplifies a working process and enables a continuous operation to shorten a construction time, but also shortens a curing period due to its rapid curing properties to enable traffic opening within a short period of time (2 to 3 hours at 25C after construction). Further, the resin composition for road repairing of the present invention is suitable for repairing a road surface in which reinforcing bars are arranged such as an overlay surface of a bridge since the resin composition for road repairing is excellent in waterproof properties, resistance to chloride attack, resistance to freezing and thawing, neutralization resistance, and the like.
본 발명은, 수지 결합재 85~99중량% 및 무기 충전재 0.1~15중량를 포함하며, 상기 수지 결합재는 주제와 경화제비를 질량비 1 : 0.1~0.6로 혼합하여 사용한다. 상기 수지 결합재의 주제는 비스페놀A-에피클로로하이드린 혼합물 40-99중량%, 우레탄-아크릴 공중합 수지 0.1∼25중량%, 아크릴 변성 에폭시 에스테르 수지 0.1~20중량%, 폴리 에스테르 수지 0.01∼15중량%, 글리시독시프로필트리메톡시실란 0.01~15중량% 및 실리콘 수지 0.01~10중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도로 보수용 수지 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 작업공정이 간단하고 연속 작업이 가능하여 시공기간을 단축할 수 있음과 동시에 속경성으로 양생시간이 짧아 빠른 시간(시공 후 25℃에서 2~3시간)내에 교통개방이 가능하다. 또한, 우수한 방수성, 내염해성, 동결융해 저항성, 중성화 저항성 등이 우수하여 교량 오버레이면 같이 철근이 배근되는 도로면 보수에 적합하다.
