Rigid reinforced multi-wall sewer pipe and its forming device
The present invention relates to a rigidity reinforced multi-walled sewage pipe and a molding device thereof, and more specifically, to a rigidity reinforced multi-walled sewage pipe and a molding device thereof which independently extrude and mold a reinforcing member for having a rigidity, and integrally couple reinforcing stands or coupling fixation stands at four surfaces of the reinforcing member to a rectangular profile to maintain an extruding shape accurately, thereby reinforcing the rigidity. The molding device of multi-walled sewage pipe comprises: a profile extruding device (10) which comprises an extruding dice (15) for extruding a profile (21) having a hollow (23) by melt extruding raw materials; a pipe molding device (40) which has a winding device (41) for supplying the profile in spiral from a cooling device (30) for cooling the profile (21); a connection extruding device (60) which comprises a connection nozzle (61) for coupling a connecting body (62) having a nozzle stand which molds a connection member (23) between the profiles; and a cutting device (80) and a discharging device (95) which are installed in a right side of the connection extruding device (60).
본 발명은 강성 보강형 다중 이중벽 하수관과 그 성형장치에 관하 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 다수개의 중공으로 이루어지는 프로파일의 중심에서 강성을 유지하는 역할을 하는 보강부재를 먼저 독립되게 압출 성형한 후 보강부재가 공급되는 과정에서 프로파일을 상측과 하측으로 분할하는 상, 하측 부재가 압출에 의해 정확한 성형상태를 이룬 후 상기 보강부재의 사면에서 보강 돌출대 또는 결합 고정대가 사각형의 프로파일과 일체형으로 결합되어 압출 형태를 정확하게 유지함으로써 강성을 보강할 수 있도록 하는 강성 보강형 다중 이중벽 하수관과 그 성형장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 원료를 용융 압출하여 중공(23)이 형성되는 프로파일(21)을 압출하는 압출 다이스(15)로 이루어진 프로파일 압출장치(10)와, 상기 프로파일(21)을 냉각시키는 냉각장치(30)에서 프로파일을 나선형으로 공급하는 와인딩장치(41)를 설치한 관 성형장치(40)와, 사기 프로파일 사이에 이음부재(23)를 성형하는 노즐대를 갖는 연결몸체(62)를 결합하는 이음노즐(61)로 이루어진 이음 압출장치(60)와, 상기 이음 압출장치(60)의 우측에 커팅장치(80)와 배출장치(95)가 설치되는 다중 이중벽 하수관 성형장치에 있어서, 상기 프로파일 압출장치(10)는 압출 다이스(15)의 중앙에 중앙돌기(11)를 형성한 원형 압출홈(12)의 사면으로 보강 압출홈(13)을 형성하여 보강부재(26)를 압출 성형한 후, 상기 압출 다이스(15)의 상측으로 형성한 상측 압출홈(16)의 양쪽 선단에서 하측으로 상측 결합성형부(11a)를 설치하여 상측 부재(24)를 압출하고, 상기 압출 다이스(15)의 하측으로 형성한 하측 압출홈(17)의 양쪽 선단에서 상측으로 하측 결합성형부(12a)를 설치하여 하측 부재(25)를 압출하며, 상기 보강부재(26)가 중앙에 위치하는 보강 압출홈(12)의 사면으로 상측 부재(24)와 하측 부재(25)가 각각 압출 성형된 후 압출공간(18)에서 만나 프로파일(21)이 성형되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
