The present invention relates to a forming apparatus for a double-walled sewer pipe and double-walled sewer pipe manufacturing equipment including the same. The forming apparatus includes: a pair of concave-convex forming rollers which are disposed on left and right sides of a rectangular profile having a hollow of a synthetic resin product to be extruded and conveyed and which continuously form concave-convex parts having a concave-convex structure by pressing and pressing the left and right sides of the rectangular profile; a pair of shape deformation prevention rollers which are disposed between sides of the pair of concave-convex forming rollers, are positioned on upper and lower sides of the rectangular profile, and support upper and lower surfaces of the rectangular profile to prevent the upper and lower surfaces of the rectangular profile from being extended and deformed outward when the concave-convex parts are formed on the left and right sides by pressing of the upper and lower surfaces of the rectangular profile; an air cooler which is disposed on a front side of the pair of concave-convex forming rollers and on the left and right sides of the rectangular profile and which cools air by discharging the air air from the left and right sides of the rectangular profile where the concave-convex parts are formed by the pair of concave-convex forming rollers, wherein the forming apparatus further includes a pair of preheating heaters which are positioned on a rear side of the pair of concave-convex forming rollers and disposed on the left and right surfaces of the rectangular profile to be conveyed as needed, and which preheat a concave-convex forming surface of the rectangular profile to enhance the concave-convex parts. According to the present invention, productivity can be increased.
본 발명은 이중벽 하수관용 성형장치 및 이를 포함하는 이중벽 하수관 제조설비에 관한 것으로서, 압출 및 이송되는 합성수지제품의 중공을 갖는 사각프로파일 측 좌우측면에 배치되고, 사각프로파일의 좌우측면을 누름 가압하여 요철 구조를 갖는 요철부를 연속적으로 형성하여주기 위한 한 쌍의 요철성형롤러; 상기 한 쌍의 요철성형롤러 측 사이에 배치 및 사각프로파일의 상하측에 위치되고, 사각프로파일의 상하면을 지지하여 한 쌍의 요철성형롤러 측 누름 가압에 의한 요철부를 좌우측면에 형성시 사각프로파일 측 상하면이 외측 방향으로 확장 변형됨을 방지하기 위한 한 쌍의 형태변형방지롤러; 상기 한 쌍의 요철성형롤러 측 전방(前方)에 위치 및 사각프로파일 측 좌우측면에 배치되고, 한 쌍의 요철성형롤러에 의해 요철부가 형성된 사각프로파일 측 좌우측면에서 에어를 배출하여 냉각시키기 위한 에어냉각기;를 포함하고, 필요에 따라 상기 한 쌍의 요철성형롤러 측 후방(後方)에 위치 및 이송되는 사각프로파일 측 좌우측면에 배치되고, 사각프로파일 측 요철성형면을 예열함으로써 요철 성형효율을 높여주기 위한 한 쌍의 예열히터;를 더 포함하는 이중벽 하수관용 성형장치 및 이를 포함하는 이중벽 하수관 제조설비를 제안한다.
