Multi-wall sewer pipe with a water wall and its forming device
The present invention relates to a multi-walled sewer pipe having a water barrier wall installed therein and a forming apparatus of the multi-walled sewer pipe. More specifically, the present invention relates to the multi-walled sewer pipe having the water barrier wall installed therein, the multi-walled sewer pipe which can reduce the use of raw material by forming a chamfered groove in the center of a right side or a left side of profiles including a plurality of hollows and a plurality of cross reinforcing rods, and which enables the water barrier wall to be formed in the hollows and the chamfered groove to prevent water leakage by giving rigidity through a reinforcement unit at upper and lower sides of the chamfered groove and forming perforated holes in the hollows and chamfered groove spaced apart from both ends of the sewer pipe in a predetermined width or a predetermined distance, thereby injecting molten polyethylene into the perforated holes, and the forming apparatus of the multi-walled sewer pipe. The multi-walled sewer pipe of the present invention is a multi-walled sewer pipe including coupling members which are coupled to each other between the profiles including the cross reinforcing rods having the hollows formed in four directions therein, the chamfered groove formed in the center of the left side or the right side of the hollows and the cross reinforcing rods in a chamfered groove forming table, and the reinforcement unit which is positioned at upper and lower sides of the chamfered groove through a reinforcement space, wherein a central perforating drill and a side perforating drill enable perforated holes and inner perforated holes to be simultaneously formed in the hollows and chamfered groove in the four directions at predetermined intervals from the profiles, the water barrier wall for blocking sewage is formed at predetermined intervals in the hollows and chamfered groove by supplying molten polyethylene from a water barrier wall welder to fill the molten polyethylene into the hollows and chamfered groove, and the molten polyethylene is filled in the perforated holes and the inner perforated holes.
본 발명은 차수벽이 설치되는 다중벽 하수관과 그 성형장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 다수개의 중공과 열십자 보강대로 이루어진 프로파일의 우측과 좌측 중 어느 한쪽 중앙에 살빼기 홈을 형성하여 원료를 절약할 수 있도록 하고 상기 살빼기 홈의 상측과 하측의 보강부를 통하여 강성을 부여하며 하수관의 양쪽 선단에서 일정한 폭 또는 일정한 간격에 중공과 살빼기 홈에 천공구멍을 형성하여 용융 폴리에틸렌을 주입함으로써 중공과 살빼기 홈에 차수벽을 형성하여 누수되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 차수벽이 설치되는 다중벽 하수관과 그 성형장치에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 사 방향에 중공이 형성되는 열십자 보강대로 이루어지며 상기 중공과 열십자 보강대의 좌측과 우측 중 어느 한쪽 중앙에 살빼기홈 성형대에서 살빼기 홈이 성형되고, 상기 살빼기 홈의 상측과 하측에 보강공간을 통하여 보강부가 위치하는 프로파일의 사이에 이음부재가 서로 결속되는 다중벽 하수관에 있어서,상기 사 방향에 중공과 살빼기 홈에 중심 천공드릴과 사이드 천공드릴이 천공구멍과 내부 천공구멍을 프로파일의 일정한 간격에서 동시에 성형하고, 차수벽 용접기에서 용융된 폴리에틸렌을 공급하여 중공과 살빼기 홈에 충진시켜 중공과 살빼기 홈을 일정한 간격에서 하수를 차단하는 차수벽이 성형되며, 상기 용융된 폴리에틸렌이 천공구멍과 내부 천공구멍에 충진되어 마감하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
