CONSTRUCTING METHOD OF CONCRETE PROTECTING FINISHING MATERIALS AND ORGANIC/INORGANIC HYBRID COATING MATERIALS USING THE SAME CONSTRUCTING METHOD
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for constructing a finishing material for concrete protection, which comprises the steps of: coating the bottom surface of concrete with horizontal flooring material composition including a super binder composed of re-emulsified resin powder; grinding the surface of the horizontal flooring material; and coating the ground surface of the horizontal flooring material with an organic or inorganic hybrid coating material. Accordingly, the horizontal flooring material includes a super binder composed of re-emulsified resin powder to sufficiently ensure vibration resistance, wear resistance, impact resistance, pliability and the like, thereby reducing risk of damage caused by traveling of an industrial vehicle such as a heavyweight forklift, a truck or the like. In addition, the organic or inorganic hybrid coating material permeates and bonds to the horizontal flooring material to maximize strength of attachment to the horizontal flooring material and a coating film is formed on the surface to enhance hardness and scratch resistance.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 콘크리트 보호 마감재의 시공방법은, 콘크리트의 바닥면에 재유화형 분말수지로 이루어진 슈퍼 바인더가 포함된 수평 바닥재 조성물을 도포하는 단계, 상기 수평 바닥재의 표면을 연삭하는 단계, 및 상기 수평 바닥재의 연삭된 표면에 유무기 하이브리드 코팅재를 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 콘크리트 보호 마감재의 시공방법을 제공한다. 따라서, 수평 바닥재는 재유화형 분말수지로 이루어진 슈퍼 바인더를 포함하여 내진동성, 내마모성, 내충격성, 유연성 등을 충분히 확보할 수 있으며, 그에 따라서 고중량의 지게차 또는 트럭 등과 같은 산업용 차량의 이동으로 인한 파손의 위험성도 저하시킬 수 있다. 또한, 유무기 하이브리드 코팅재가 수평 바닥재에 침투하여 결합하여 수평 바닥재와의 부착 강도를 극대화시킬 수 있으며, 표면에 도막을 형성하여 경도 및 내스크래치성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
