Coupler for Connecting Steel Reinforcement
The present invention relates to a reinforcing steel coupling apparatus which is installed with a plurality of clamping members for tightly fixing a reinforcing steel in a cylindrical body formed with an insertion hole having the reinforcing steel inserted into both ends thereof while closely adhering to an outer surface of the reinforcing steel so as to connect a plurality of reinforcing steels. According to the present invention, the reinforcing steel coupling apparatus comprises: first and second coupler bodies formed with an inlet having a reinforcing steel inserted into an end portion thereof, formed with a hollow portion having a tapered portion having an inner diameter gradually increasing from the inlet to an opposite side of the inlet, and having a plurality of through-holes facing each other formed at a side surface thereof; first and second clamping members having an outer side surface installed to be concatenated with the tapered portion inside the hollow portion of the first and second coupler bodies, and including a plurality of clampers having a plurality of clamping protrusions, in which a joint of the reinforcing steel is hooked and supported, arranged on an inner surface thereof; a plurality of pressing members having a conical shape formed with a pin insertion hole to pass through a central portion thereof, inserted into the through-holes through a hydraulic device, pressing the first and second clamping members toward the inlet to be in close contact with the tapered portion; and a fixing pin inserted through the pin insertion hole of the pressing members to simultaneously support the pressing members.
본 발명은 양단에 철근이 삽입되는 삽입공이 형성된 원통형의 몸체 내측에 철근의 외면에 밀착되면서 철근을 단단히 고정하는 복수개의 클램핑부재가 설치되어 복수의 철근을 연결할 수 있는 철근 커플링 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 철근 커플링 장치는, 끝단부에 철근이 삽입되는 입구가 형성되어 있고, 입구에서부터 입구의 반대편으로 갈수록 점진적으로 내경이 커지는 테이퍼부를 구비한 중공부가 형성되어 있으며, 측면에 복수의 관통공이 대향되게 형성되어 있는 제1커플러바디 및 제2커플러바디와; 상기 제1,2커플러바디의 중공부 내측에서 외측면이 상기 테이퍼부와 연접하게 설치되고, 내측면에 철근의 마디가 걸리면서 지지되는 복수개의 클램핑돌기가 배열되어 있는 복수개의 클램퍼로 이루어진 제1클램핑부재 및 제2클램핑부재와; 중심부에 핀삽입공이 관통되게 형성된 원추 형태를 가지며, 유압장치를 통해서 상기 관통공을 통해 삽입되어 상기 제1클램핑부재 및 제2클램핑부재를 입구 쪽으로 가압하여 테이퍼부에 밀착시키는 복수의 가압부재와; 상기 복수의 가압부재의 핀삽입공을 통해 삽입되어 복수의 가압부재를 동시에 지지하는 고정핀;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a reinforcing steel coupling apparatus which is installed with a plurality of clamping members for tightly fixing a reinforcing steel in a cylindrical body formed with an insertion hole having the reinforcing steel inserted into both ends thereof while closely adhering to an outer surface of the reinforcing steel so as to connect a plurality of reinforcing steels. According to the present invention, the reinforcing steel coupling apparatus comprises: first and second coupler bodies formed with an inlet having a reinforcing steel inserted into an end portion thereof, formed with a hollow portion having a tapered portion having an inner diameter gradually increasing from the inlet to an opposite side of the inlet, and having a plurality of through-holes facing each other formed at a side surface thereof; first and second clamping members having an outer side surface installed to be concatenated with the tapered portion inside the hollow portion of the first and second coupler bodies, and including a plurality of clampers having a plurality of clamping protrusions, in which a joint of the reinforcing steel is hooked and supported, arranged on an inner surface thereof; a plurality of pressing members having a conical shape formed with a pin insertion hole to pass through a central portion thereof, inserted into the through-holes through a hydraulic device, pressing the first and second clamping members toward the inlet to be in close contact with the tapered portion; and a fixing pin inserted through the pin insertion hole of the pressing members to simultaneously support the pressing members.
본 발명은 양단에 철근이 삽입되는 삽입공이 형성된 원통형의 몸체 내측에 철근의 외면에 밀착되면서 철근을 단단히 고정하는 복수개의 클램핑부재가 설치되어 복수의 철근을 연결할 수 있는 철근 커플링 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 철근 커플링 장치는, 끝단부에 철근이 삽입되는 입구가 형성되어 있고, 입구에서부터 입구의 반대편으로 갈수록 점진적으로 내경이 커지는 테이퍼부를 구비한 중공부가 형성되어 있으며, 측면에 복수의 관통공이 대향되게 형성되어 있는 제1커플러바디 및 제2커플러바디와; 상기 제1,2커플러바디의 중공부 내측에서 외측면이 상기 테이퍼부와 연접하게 설치되고, 내측면에 철근의 마디가 걸리면서 지지되는 복수개의 클램핑돌기가 배열되어 있는 복수개의 클램퍼로 이루어진 제1클램핑부재 및 제2클램핑부재와; 중심부에 핀삽입공이 관통되게 형성된 원추 형태를 가지며, 유압장치를 통해서 상기 관통공을 통해 삽입되어 상기 제1클램핑부재 및 제2클램핑부재를 입구 쪽으로 가압하여 테이퍼부에 밀착시키는 복수의 가압부재와; 상기 복수의 가압부재의 핀삽입공을 통해 삽입되어 복수의 가압부재를 동시에 지지하는 고정핀;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
