Traffic lane painting device and painting method using the device
The present invention relates to a lane coating apparatus and a coating method using the same. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a first tank storing a high luminance glass bead and having a first air compressor formed on an upper side thereof to apply a pressure to content; a second tank storing a normal glass bead and having a second air compressor formed on an upper side thereof to apply a pressure to content; and a bead gun connected to the first and second tanks to spray a mixture of the high luminance and normal glass beads. An injector pump is formed in a lower part of the first tank to apply a pressure to the high luminance glass bead stored in the first tank; a conveying air part to a pneumatic pressure is formed on one side in a longitudinal direction of the injector pump so as to provide energy to transfer the high luminance glass bean inside an injector pump pipe; the conveying air part is formed as a through-hole connected to and penetrating the injector pump pipe, wherein an outer diameter of the through-hole is bigger than an inner diameter formed in an injector pump side; and a dosing air part to provide a pneumatic pressure is formed in a lower part of the injector pump. Accordingly, a vortex air current is formed among a plurality of high luminance glass beads inside the injector pump pipe, thereby increasing a penetration force applied to the ground.
본 발명은 고휘도 유리알(비드)을 수용하고, 내용물에 압력을 가하는 제1에어 컴프레서가 상측에 형성된 제1탱크, 일반 유리알(비드)을 수용하고, 내용물에 압력을 가하는 제2에어 컴프레서가 상측에 형성된 제2탱크 및 상기 제1탱크 및 제2탱크와 연결되어, 상기 고휘도 유리알(비드)와 상기 일반 유리알(비드)의 혼합물을 분사하는 비드건을 포함하여 형성되되, 상기 제1탱크 하부에 인젝터 펌프가 형성되어, 상기 제1탱크 내에 수용된 고휘도 유리알(비드)에 압력을 가하고, 상기 인젝터 펌프의 길이방향으로 일측에 공압을 제공하는 컨베잉에어부가 형성되어, 인젝터 펌프 배관 내의 고휘도 유리알(비드)이 이송되는 에너지를 제공하며, 상기 컨베잉에어부는 상기 인젝터 펌프 배관과 연결되어 관통되는 통공으로 형성되되, 상기 통공의 외부 직경이 상기 인젝터 펌프 배관측에 형성되는 내부 직경보다 크고, 상기 인젝터 펌프의 하부에 공압을 제공하는 도징 에어부를 형성하여 상기 인젝터 펌프 배관 내의 복수의 상기 고휘도 유리알(비드) 사이에 와류기류를 형성하여 바닥에 도장되는 침투력을 증폭시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차선 시공 장치 및 이를 이용한 시공 방법이다.
