The present invention relates to an apparatus for constructing a protruding lane and a method for constructing a protruding lane using the same, wherein the apparatus for constructing a protruding lane can easily construct the protruding lane in a diagonal direction so as to construct an imaginary bump. To this end, according to the present invention, the apparatus for constructing a protruding lane includes: a horizontal mounting bar having a predetermined length; a guide rail of which one end is connected to the horizontal mounting bar to be rotatable and which is installed to be movable along the horizontal mounting bar and has a predetermined length; and a painting unit installed to be movable along the guide rail and constructing the protruding lane protruding by a predetermined height along a road surface, wherein the painting unit is angle-controlled so that the protruding lane can be constructed in a linear or diagonal direction through the guide rail.
본 발명은 가상 방지턱을 시공하기 위해 대각선 방향으로 돌출 차선을 쉽게 시공할 수 있는 돌출차선 시공장치 및 이를 이용한 돌출차선 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 상기의 과제를 해결하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 돌출차선 시공장치는, 소정 길이의 수평장착대; 일단이 상기 수평장착대에 회전 가능하게 연결되면서 상기 수평장착대를 따라 이동 가능하게 설치되는 소정 길이의 가이드레일; 및 상기 가이드레일을 따라 이동 가능하게 설치되면서 도로면을 따라 소정 높이로 돌출되는 돌출차선을 시공하는 도색유닛을 포함하고, 상기 도색유닛은, 상기 가이드레일을 통해 돌출차선이 직선 또는 대각선 방향으로 시공될 수 있도록 각도 조절되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
