Eco-Friendly Antipollution Floor Composition and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention relates to an environment-friendly and contamination-resistant floor material composition and a construction method thereof. For 100 parts by weight of polyurea, the environment-friendly and contamination-resistant floor material composition includes: 5 to 20 parts by weight of an anionic emulsifier; 20 to 60 parts by weight of a polymer resin; 5 to 20 parts by weight of a bio-resin; 10 to 40 parts by weight of a curing agent; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of octylphenol ethoxylate; 5 to 20 parts by weight of a thickener; 5 to 20 parts by weight of a re-forming type polymer powder; 3 to 15 parts by weight of an adhesion promoter; 10 to 30 parts by weight of a methacrylate resin; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a surfactant; 1 to 20 parts by weight of a pigment; 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of a surface smoothing agent; and 50 to 200 parts by weight of a solvent. According to the present invention, the environment-friendly and contamination-resistant floor material composition is eco-friendly and does not discharge harmful substances. The environment-friendly and contamination-resistant floor material composition can form a physically and chemically stable coating film on a target surface while having improved alkali resistance, acid resistance, flexural resistance, impact resistance, adhesion resistance, and/or weather resistance.
본 발명은 폴리우레아 100중량부를 기준으로, 음이온 유화제 5 내지 20중량부; 고분자 수지 20 내지 60중량부; 바이오 수지 5 내지 20중량부; 경화제 10 내지 40중량부; 옥틸페놀 에톡실레이트 0.1 내지 5중량부; 증점제 5 내지 20중량부; 재유화형 폴리머 분말 5 내지 20중량부; 부착 증진제 3 내지 15중량부; 메타크릴레이트계 수지 10 내지 30중량부; 계면활성제 1 내지 10중량부; 안료 1 내지 20중량부; 표면평활제 0.5 내지 5중량부; 및 용제 50 내지 200중량부를 포함하는 친환경 내오염성 바닥재 조성물 및 이의 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 친환경 내오염성 바닥재 조성물은 유해물질을 배출하지 않아 친환경적이면서도 도막을 형성하기 위한 대상표면에 물리적, 화학적으로 안정적인 도막을 형성하고, 내알칼리성, 내산성, 내굴곡성, 내충격성, 밀착성 및/또는 내후성 등을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
